My husband and I have stayed here a few times before. We always enjoy our stays at this property. Great Staff and value for the price.....But this was beyond our previous stays. My husband arranged a birthday weekend at this hotel and notified the front desk agent when making the reservation. After checking and arriving to our room, Management not only upgraded us to a jacuzzi suite at no charge but also had given us a gift basket with a birthday card and bottle of champagne wishing me a happy birthday!! This was without even asking! It was a very nice and touching gesture. This is what cutomer service is about!! We will continue to stay at this location in the future!

This trip was busniess & getaway. We, four, were flow from different cities and had difference schedules. However, this auto upgrade, at separate build, was real let all of us had space to rest well everynight.

We stayed here on our last day of vacationing in the Washington / Oregon area.
Great: The shuttle service to the airport was very convenient, the drivers were very courteous and polite.
Good: The breakfast was nice with fruit and wonderful omelets.
Bad: The room was bad, with two potholes in the room under the carpet, the toilet exhaust fan was rickety, loud and could not remove the odors from the bathroom, the carpet was stained near the TV cabinet, all in all really not a good room on the first floor. The window would not lock, but my husband fixed it.
Ugly: When we narrated the above to the front desk and mentioned that despite being priority club members we had been given a terrible room, we were suddenly 'acknowledged' as priority club members with a hasty rush of being presented with 3 bottles of water!!! Was pretty funny!
We had 5 consecutive stays at 4 other Holiday Inn properties just preceding this one and it was in stark contrast to the ones we stayed in, the best being the ones in Oregon.

I enjoy staying at this property. I come up a few times a year for work. I always get my platinum upgrade. One of the few Holiday Inns that offer a hot complimentary breakfast. They have the best staff. I always feel welcome and never have any issues.

I booked a wheelchair accessible room. It was with great difficulty we manuvered the wheelchair into the room.There was a sharp turn immediately upon entry. A larger wheelchair or scooter would find it impossible. We then saw a double bed.Very small for a man with 2 broken feet. Difficult for 2 people to share bed. The bathroom was difficult to get wheelchair in and to find it had no hot water!!! I went to the front desk, I was told there was nothing they could do as they were fully booked. When I said that was not acceptable, they said I could move to the room next door with the same issues but it did have hot water.They also said they couldn't remember the last time anyone had used the wheelchair rooms. The night was terrible as things were constantly being moved above us.We were relieved to leave. This was our worst night ever at a Holiday Inn. When talked with the front desk I did suggest they tear a wall down between rooms to make it possible for a wheelchair to enter and also allow for a queen or king size bed.

Upon our arrival, and all through our stay the staff was first-rate. Our 2-room suite was very accommodating with a very comfortable bed and a fold-out couch. It was very quiet so we slept well. The breakfast was above average for this level of stay, and to come home and have a cup of hot chocolate took away any Seattle chill.
