My room, the bed, the restaurant and most of all the staff were exemplary. The front desk, bar, and restaurant staff are genuinely helpful and competent. One of the better hotels in Kiev, and definitely worth considering if you are planning a trip to Ukraine. November 13, 2014

At check-in we were met by a friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff who provided outstanding service and recommendations throughout our stay. The dinning room and lounge staffs were extremely friendly and helpful as well. The Property Managers John and Olga were ever present and made sure our needs were met every day. Towers Restaurant: From breakfast to dinner, we found the food most enjoyable, hot and delicious. With very reasonable prices, we found ourselves eating in at the hotel more often than not. Bar/Lounge: We enjoyed the local beer and drinks, and found a great place to socialize, and can't imagine going anywhere else. Rooms: Very comfy and clean. I felt at home. Housekeeping services were extremely proficient and quick, and provided flawless service. This place is a gem. I will stay here again without hesitation. November 6, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by comfort zone in a busy city We were in Kiev for a short business stay, travelling between destinations. The hotel is close by the main railway station, and in walking distance from quite some of the city's major highlights, shops, and restaurants. With some tips from the reception we were able to do some tourist experience as well. They also were very supportive to some connections. Hotel is quiet, with some major avenues on both ends of the street. Certainly a place to return on a next visit to Kiev. October 19, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wie geht man im Lokal mit einer berechtigten Reklamation um? Ich war mit meiner Begleitung im Restaurant zum Essen. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste. Zunächst wurden wir vom Servicepersonal jede Minute gefragt, ob wir schon bestellen möchten, obwohl offensichtlich war, dass wir noch die Speisekarte lesen. Die Hauptspeise war nur unvollständig. Man sagte uns, dass die bestellten bayrischen Brezeln noch ca. 10 Minuten länger benötigen. Während des Hauptgangs fehlte uns der nötige Senf. Jetzt war allerdings keine Servicekraft zu sehen. Als wir fast fertig waren mit dem Essen wurden uns die Brezeln gebracht. Diese Brezeln waren hart wie Stein und ungenießbar. Wir konnten sie nicht essen und gaben sie vollständig wieder zurück mit dem Hinweis sie seien "hart wie Stein". Trotzdem wurden diese dann am Schluss auf der Rechnung aufgelistet. Auch wenn es nur ein kleiner Geldbetrag ist, so eine Leistung und ein nicht stattgefundener Umgang mit einer berechtigten Reaktion ist nicht akzeptabel. Ich komme gerne ins Holiday Inn in Kiev, aber das Lokal werde ich künftig wohl besser meiden. October 14, 2014
