Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service We stayed in the older section which had not been recently updated. The room was clean, although tired looking, and the beds were comfortable. Members in our party stayed in the newly renovated rooms and they were very nice. The best part of the stay was the staff. We had a large group in for a tournament and the staff was very accommodating. They provided a gift bag for our players on arrival, held an ice cream party and provided us with a hospitality suite for gathering the team. They were in regular contact with our team manager ensuring our needs were met. I would recommend this hotel based on the customer service alone, however, the location and renovated rooms are also a value add. April 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by in room heating Hard to get the temperature even in the room, I had to keep adjusting the dial. Which isn't a problem just not convenient. I would stay there again, the staff is really friendly and helpful! April 26, 2015

I particularly like being able to enjoy later check-out and surcharges waved on room service because of my IHG rewards membership! April 25, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice renovated room The room may be renovated but the service was not there......no soap in room , room was not made up , we had to ask for towels. The second day early morning house keeping walked in without knocking around 8 am :( We came from out of town for a conference and had to wait for our room . When we went to relax the hot tub was way too hot and did not work... If it wasn't for the conference I would of not stayed a second night . We talked to staff there was nothing they could do.
