The location is a little out of the way, but the rooms were recently updated and quite nice, and the staff were efficient and courteous. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for an affordable option and have a car. December 12, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by NO HOT WATER -PLUGGED DRAINS I stayed overnight, last weeek ,when I was to shower the next morning @ 5 am I had no hot water for a shower or did the drain work on the sink [room 225].actually the drian lever was seperate from the sink.. I did mentioned it to the desk clerk @ 5;30 am.. December 3, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another excellent stay at a Holiday Inn Holiday Inn is our "go to" hotel and the Kitchener location was no exception. We were welcomed as Club members and our room, having been recently updated, was very comfortable. Hard wood flooring, pillow cases that told us if the pillow was soft or firm. Quality lighting in the washroom, bottled water as well as an updated coffee maker were welcome additions to the room. We will be returning. November 28, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellant facilities, I recommend your hotel and I will stay again. There is not much I can say to improve upon what you already have in place. Walking into the room was a Wow! factor for me. The room quality for the cost of the room was very professional. If I may make one suggestion and it is a minor one as it would not be a requirement for all guests. The business office for guest use was very accommodating. The one upgrade would be to bring the operating system, Windows XP, up to last available updates including the last available Internet Explorer version. For me that would be helpful.
