Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible bed Poor bed quality, and doors had gaps allowing light in on all 4 sides. Of course when there is light that is allowed in so is noise. You could hear people walking down the hall. I say this in a review when I booked but didn't believe it but its true. January 27, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Five years of staying for hockey tourney... Overall, the hotel is going through changes to improve as evidenced by the "improvements". However, be sure to check your bathroom and sheets for cleanliness before using. Don't count on staff to respond quickly if your sink won't drain and be sure to start your shower five minutes before you want to get in it to avoid freezing water! Otherwise, staff is nice, but likely understaffed as response times were slow or non-existent. January 6, 2015
