Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Remodeling is a nightmare Stayed at this motel before and it was excellent...this time had major remodeling going on, parking was a nightmare since Cracker Barrel and some travel group had large meetings going on.. Would stay there again after remodeling complete. One issue thought is the room T.V's do not offer Sport South (Braves) however the bar has Sports South T.V....rooms should have the same channels. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Renovations yes, but still a great palce During a renovation period things can be messy, inconvenient, and disturbing. This property, while they are undergoing renovations, is still a great place to stay. From the courteous service at check in, to the well appointed rooms, the staff and management do everything to make a stay memorable and comfortable. The room was comfortable and clean. The common areas were comfortable, the pools and hot tub were well maintained. Thanks for taking the time and effort to make a guest feel good. August 22, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Night's Sleep We were in Knoville for only one night and this HI property worked out well for us. The exterior is still under renovations, but the room was great. I would stay here again if I was unable to book downtown. The Cedar Bluff area is convenient to all of Knoxville. August 19, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable, clean and great staff! Visited hotel for a birthday party and had an awesome time. All staff we encountered were genuinely friendly and caring. Kids loved the indoor outdoor pool, food and service in bar were awesome....not what you expect from a hotel restaurant...nice wine list too! Only challenge was that they had some renovation at the entrance. Staff told us that would be done in a week or so and that the hotel was completely renovated. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will surely use this hotel again. August 19, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyable night The first impression was not great due to the remodeling that was not quite finished. However, once inside, all areas were clean, modern and pleasing. The check in was easy and the clerks knowledgeable and helpful. Since I booked from an outside site, I was not identified as a rewards member, but that was not expected. The room was very nice and the bed was as comfortable as most 5 stars I have stayed in. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast buffet. The selection was small and not very appealing and the price was high. Since it was not included, we ate elsewhere. I highly recommend this hotel both for business or pleasure. August 18, 2014
