Stayed at this property (probably my 20th visit, but first since remodel).
I had called two nights prior to ensure I had connecting rooms.
When I arrived I was told they did not have a connecting room and the front desk staff was extremely rude. When I was about to cancel my reservation and go to another property they "found" a connecting room. I am a Platinum Club member and stay exclusively at IHG properties.
Besides the rudeness of the front desk staff I was charged $80 for incidentals without informing me. When I reconciled my bill and found the charge I called the property and was told I was charged for taking towels and pillow. I was subsequently informed it was for "ruining" linens. I neither took nor ruined linens. Staff is rude, manager took several days to return my phone call, and charged for items I did not use. I would not stay at this property or recommend to anyone.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Nice Hotel, but watch your bill
I stayed at the hotel for a business trip/convention. Overall, the hotel was nice and the front desk staff very friendly. I had reserved a 2 Room mini suite, but upon check in, I received a double queen room. The last night my stay, there were two barking dogs in the room next door. While the sound was muffled somewhat, the barking dogs were still very loud.
The major issue came after checkout and reviewing my credit card statement. I was accused of theft of a pillow and it was charged to my credit card. I have made numerous calls to the hotel to resolve the issue and can't really get anyone in authority to return my call.
