Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Place When we entered this hotel to check in the front desk personnel were very enjoyable and friendly, they all had smiles, and we checked in with no problems. My room was very nice, comfortable and had great channels to watch tv. There was no fridge or microwave, but we were around the corner from the university and there was every type of food chain imaginable, so I would return to this hotel again. September 3, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Friendly Staff Start at the coffee shop ask for Steven the most friendly person you could meet need to find a place or looking for somewhere to eat ask him!!!! I will be back just to see him. The rest of the staff from breakfast to dinner and drinks awesome always smiling and always offering to help. Just get the fax machine fixed. September 2, 2014

The restaurant and lounge staff (Katie, Meredith, Siler, Benjamin, Lexie, Kayla, and Melanie were wonderful. Daryush f and b director was great as well. Jack and Laura will be back September 2, 2014

It is a very secure hotel and the parking garage is small but convenient. It is convenient to lots of tourist sites and a very modern and clean facility. We look forward to our next visit. Room was comfortable, could have used a little dusting and a refrigerator but otherwise good. I will stay there again on my next trip to Knoxville. August 28, 2014
