Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by jeaney123 Good Location and Service
Good Hotel to stop in Krakow. Good rooms and service. New rooms very nice but do not have a trouser press like the old rooms and the air conditioning instructions don't match the dials so you don't know how to turn up or down and could not switch off because noisy.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Küstendil Ruhiges Zimmer im Zentrum von Krakau

Krakow is a great place to spend the New Year and the Holiday Inn is probably the best hotel for such a visit. It's location is superb and the quality of the accommodation and friendlessness of the sattf will mean you will get the most out of your stay

After my four previous average stays at this property I have to change my opinion about this hotel. All of the amenities, privilages and bonuses were realised. The room - de luxe studio, after free upgrade - was very big and fine arranged, located in a quiet part of the hotel, the bed was very comfortable. The late lunch served at the bar was delicious, as well the drinks offered there. Staff was professional, helpful and very friendly. Location is perfect and really 5*. The only minus is, that there is no space for relax (no SPA area, sauna or small hotel pool). Should it be in a 5* hotel, but if you are not avaiting to relax by the pool in the business city hotel, the stay will be fine.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Aniamaja Hotel of choice in Krakow
I always stay at this hotel when in Krakow. The location is second to none, close to all tourist attractions, railway and bus stations, etc.
Ask for a room in the new wing if you can.
As Platinum member we got upgraded to King Executive. The bed was exteremely comfortable, the room very spacious and clean.
The Nespresso machine was a nice touch, especially unlike with many other hotels, there was no charge to use it.
A tip - the hotel parking is relatively expensive. There is street parking across the street, along the entire Wielopole St., though you might need some luck to find a spot. Free on the weekend and inexpensive on weekdays (paid time kicks in at 10 a.m.) with no hourly limits, so can just leave the car the whole day.
