Great views and nice surroundings. The club rooms are very basic. Reasonably clean though. Good breakfast.
Disappointed that Spa was under renovation. Taxis from hotel were very expensive

My stay this trip would have been more pleasant if the room wasn't damp all the time. The air condition is strong and leaves a heavy musky damp smell when it was switched off and at night. Sleep was disrupted due to the smell.
It would also be nice if room preferences were recorded in guest history, so that I wouldn't need to ask for a change of room after check-in.

Although this IHG property is quite far from the city proper, the free shuttle service more than made up for this con. We were just surprise that on our 2nd day (out of a 5 day stay) , we found an empty box of condoms and our pillows smell funny. Obviously, somebody sneaked into our room while we were on our Cameron Highlands Tour that day. On the positive note, we would like to thank Ms. Sangeetha for accommodating our request.

Hotel staff v. Friendly & expert
They helped me in arranging my tours during my week stay
They arrange babysitter - reception staff- which was very very good with her help i could have nice diner with my wife & shopping.
Swimming pool was good
But little far from the CC I Choose it because i wanted quit place

When you first check in to a Holiday Inn you expect a certain level of service, but the Glenmarie surpasses that. The staff go beyond being polite and helpful, they are friendly and make you feel more than just a mere paying guest, they welcome you into a beautifully landscaped, well maintained home from home. My family and I haved loved our stay here, and we will be coming back. All credit to all the staff for their service and friendly welcome.

This should not have happened. Rate charged was higher than the rate during reservation. Though solved on the spot. I am extremely not happy about it. Again failure in system. Also never keep records of preferences each time to remind. Still mistakes a lot.

Stayed for the first time and promised bonus points for the bad experiences i have encountered for the whole stay. Got hurt from pressing the expired lotion, can't get into my room due to low battery at the security bedroom door and need to go up and down for 3 times just for them to get an idea that it's the battery issue. Got an upgrade to a suite but can't get a good night sleep due to the noise from the upper level. Complained to the reception but they are unable to find the problems until i when to investigate and found out that the noises are from the plumbing system. They got me another room that is huge in size which i really do not need because i am staying alone. All this problems happen to me in just a day and i can say that the staffs responded perfectly. it's just not my day.....Please note that i am still waiting for the bonus points, thanks.

I've spent two nights on this hotel during a professional travel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff is very available and sympathic and the hotel's restaurants are very good.
I hardly recommand this hotel.

The staffs are really friendly and wonderful, especially the members lounge staffs. Always ready to help and assist. To the management, it may help if you do away with the canned approach of welcoming and saying all those benefits and whatever to members. The previous personal adapted by each staff has a much better feel, more welcoming and sincere. Just let your staff decides the their own sentences, but ensure all key points are delivered. That way, the full message is delivered but it is more personal and genuine. You have great staffs, just dun turn them into robots or voice mail.

my room was located just after the lift on 3rd floor beside the hall. kind of noisy from guest at lobby. other than that is ok. the reception / front office uniform needs some change. looks like worn off or oversize .

Brought my family to enjoy 2 nights at this place. Overall experience is satisfactory. Upon checking in was greeted by concierge but questioned whether we need help with luggage when the car booth was loaded with bags, small matter.
Checking into room at the counter was a bit slow but smooth without any problems.
Rooms was clean, nice and comfortable.
F&B dinner at Kite restaurant was alright, quite good selection of local dishes spread. B'fast was okay too.
Swimming pool lacks amenities for children to play would be better if hotel could look into that area.
Checking out was smooth.
Overall experience in Glenmarie Holiday Inn was good.

The room upgrade with latest Belimo remote controller which looks better, but blower noise is too huge. Maybe will suggest to hotel to provide user guide and preset the default mode to 25 degree celcius + medium blower for better energy management too.

This property is one of the best Holiday Inn I've stayed in. The facilities are great. The service personals from the Executive Lounge are caring and always serve with a smile. I've recommending my foreign business partner this hotel and myself been staying in this property since 2008 and it never ever disappoint us.

1) Time to change the mattress as too soft, some area sink in
2) Toilet flushing too noisy, kindly look into water tap as well
3) according to hotel staff the Ventilator is new and no control over it, night time the nosie level cause uncomforable to get sleep.

Overall very nice experience.
The main door of the room should be improved, since you can easily hear the noise outside.
The hotel itself is in a quite remote area, there is nothing around, but makes sense since it is mainly for golf palyers.

I want to call your attention to the uniforms that the front desk personnel were wearing. Most of the collars on their shirts were so worn out that they were frayed. Are the owner's (franchisee) that cheap that they can't even give the employees a decent polyester shirt?

Location wasn't convenient to KL Sentral as Hotel is name Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur- Glenmarie.
I had horrible experience with staffs for my entire stay. I had call and requested for shuttle service from Metro to Hotel and Concierge agreed to send shuttle within 10 minutes but no shuttle had arrived to pick me up, then call back again to find out the status of shuttle and staffs gave run around and promised to call me back but didn't received any call. I had took taxi to hotel and asked why wasn't shuttle send for pickup. Concierge said shuttle was busy and couldn't come. Horrible communication experience.
Book a limousine service at reception to airport and staff had confirm one price with me then later call my room and said price is change to higher amount as I was over charged for limo service to airport.
