Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Relaxation away from the busy city I travelled with elderly parents for a family wedding. We wanted somewhere clean and of good quality, close to where my family member lives. The Glenmarie fitted the bill perfectly. It has all the qualities you'd expect of a Holiday Inn. The staff were superb and very quick to respond to any requests. Travelling with older people can present extra problems, but the Glenmarie staff made everything easy and any stresses of long-haul travel were easily resolved. Food and drink are a little pricy, although we ate locally every night with family. I expect we would have enjoyed the cuisine here. Large screen TV for sports in the evening was great with a relaxing drink. I would definitely return. July 27, 2015

Nowaday service become worse All staffs are heartwarming and very good person But now servive is poor First ,no teeth brush in room last 6 month And fillaly today 1 No amenities, like teeth brush, shower cap,cotton ear stick Box is empty (Photo 1) 2 Can not use fridge Locked, by plastic wire (photo2) Service becoming worce and worse July 27, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Warm Apple Crisp - more like cold apple tart , golf package misleading ordered a warm apple crisp with ice cream. see attached picture, after about 25 minutes received melted ice cream, very small COLD apple tart , and some grapes and a few strawberries. when making the reservations for the 3 day holiday weekend. I was told there was a stay and play package RM350 per person per day . after finalizing plans , I was advised it did not apply as was a holiday weekend and golf on Saturday is for members only . the advertisement give me via email had zero restrictions. I pointed this out to Siti and she admitted her mistake. but for me to be abel to stay and play , I would need to pay an additional RM70 per person per day. I accepted in protest as it was too late for me to make other arrangements. a good hotel, good customer service would have honored the quoted rate and absorbed the RM70 per person per day July 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Highly Recommended One of the best hotels I've stayed so far. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The bed is great and it's able to give the spine a good support and rest...very comfortable indeed. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Additional points also given to the nice food being served during breakfast at the restaurant. Overall comments.... A Great Hotel July 21, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ITS ALL ABOUT THE STAFF I have been staying at this hotel for both business and leisure for the past 2 years. I have probably stayed more than 20 times. In fact, I bring my family every weekend to use the pool and the facilities. The hotel is very clean and neat, but the STAFF is what makes it exceptional. Everyone is very attentive and kind. In fact, in one occasion, I injured my back while playing golf. The hotel made arrangements for a doctor to come to my room on the weekend, which I know was very difficult. The hotel staff checked up on me any chance that they could get, and made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. Thanks to them, I was able to recover in about a day or so, and am now fine. However, one issue that I had recently was that there were ants in the bread section at Breakfast. The staff in the breakfast area was notified but nothing happened. Not even an apology. Must have been a new staff member? Hopefully this was a one off event. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
