Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Needs some updating No complaints about room. Service and staff are great. Good assortment of restaurants and food. However, executive lounge is very long in tooth. Upholstered furniture is dirty and torn and needs to be replaced. Spots in the hotel could use a new coat of paint. Wireless internet in room was spotty but could get it in Executive lounge no problem. February 7, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by So annoyed I checked out early The frustrations around the ability to play golf and the fact that the cost of each game (2) was greater than the cost of the hotel room annoyed me so much I checked out and stayed in a hotel in the city. This cost more but I was no longer surrounded by my frustations. The staff asked if I would come back and the answer is NO. February 5, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 I was so upset that I checked out early. The hotel website states that the hotel is situated ion a 36 hole golf corse. This is true however the hotel does not manage the golf corse. I chose this hotel so that I could play golf over a few days prior to my bussiness engagements only to find that this was not possible on the week ends unless I could make up a 3 ball as a minimum. Also because i was staying at the hotel on the week end I had to pay weekend golf rates whish are about 250% more than if you play during the week. Infact it cost more to play golf than the cost of the room. I managed to play golf later in the afternoon with others and was fortunate enough to play twice at huge expence. I spoke to the hotel staff about mt concerns and they sugested that I go SHOPPING, not once but twice. At the end of the day I was so dissapointed in this location and the misleading information illustraed on the hotel website that I checked out early and stayed at another hotel in the city. Would I stay here again. The answer is NO. February 4, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very relaxing, wonderful service The hotel is great. It is very lovely, and the staff were very attentive. It isn't conveniently located to access KL or KLIA by public transportation, however, taxis will take you to either location. We loved this hotel as a place to relax, but didn't use it as a base from which to explore the city. Again, if relaxation (and playing golf) is what you're after, this is the place. February 3, 2016
