Please add this to the survey, not the review. I expected the survey to have a comments section but it didn't. I stayed in room 250. Two things are loose and I didn't have a chance to tell anyone there because I left in a hurry. 1) The sink faucet is loose 2) the inner handle on the shower door is loose.

Everything was great with my stay, but around 5 in the morning, I heard dogs barking. I found out later that the guests in the room next to me had two rather large dogs and they pretty much barked on and off from 5 am to around 7 am. I didn't even know this hotel accepted pets. I think pet rooms should be in a separate part of the hotel. My husband, who didn't join me until the second night, is highly allergic to dogs - so it would have been nice if we were asked if a pet room was acceptable. We would have switched rooms on the second day but apparently they were sold out.
Only one other comment: every time I log on to any site, I get an ad for the hotel which is annoying.
Otherwise, everything was fine

Would always prefer to NOT be on the first floor but was too tired when realized that's where our assigned room was to go back and change it. Never makes me feel safe as woman traveling . The room had a very funny smell when we first entered, but again too tired to deal with it. Slept well. Internet fine, TV OK.
Staff was terrific. Maintenance man even offered to help carry luggage . Very nice.
Would stay again when visiting the area.

This is a beautiful property. Very attentive staff. They truly made you feel welcome the minute you step in the door. We were there for the New Years Eve overnight package. Every aspect was great! We arrived early and I took advantage of a very good workout in their well equipped gym. All equipment was in working order and the TV's actually worked (which is something you cannot always count on at many hotels). Comfortable room, great party with very good food and plenty of it! Open bar was great with short lines and fast cheerful service! Buffet breakfast New Years Day was tasty with plenty of servers to keep drinks/coffee filled. (The servers were pleasant even though they had to work on a holiday!) We hope this same package is available this coming New Years Eve. We WILL be there! Thanks again for a great stay!!

Family there for a funeral in three rooms for three days. One room left open all day, fortunately nothing lost or stolen. Another room invaded by service staff at 7:00 AM. Management did not explain, barely apologized, and offered no compensation. Pretty lousy experience at a tough time.

this was our 2nd visit to this hotel as it is close to my father-in-law's retirement home. room needs updated couches; they were extremely uncomfortable and stained. bathroom could use a makeup mirror; mirror behind sink is too far away for old eyes to see. staff was always friendly, helpful and accommodating. will be back next year, i'm sure.

Reserved a total of 6 rooms for out of town guests for the holidays. Found property to be run down, carpeting in hallways and rooms badly stained, touch up paint in rooms didn't match. Found EXTREMELY obscene photos on the public computer in the lobby when searching for some photo booth snaps taken earlier with my 9 and 10 year old nephews, I was aghast. Immediately notified front desk clerk who responded with no sense of urgency or apology that "she would bring it to someone's attention". My aunt overheard her casual response and reiterated how horrified we were, the desk clerk just shrugged her shoulders. Had to tactfully explain to the youngsters why they could not use the computer. Photos are probably still there.
All the mgmt had to do was to show some kind of concern, immediately take action and apologize, none of which happened.
Will definitely stay at the new hotel across the street moving forward.
