Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Unhelpful staff While staying at this hotel we lost access to water for over an hour, and the hotel staff was not gracious at all about this. They stated the problem and that was it. We also were greeted in a lackluster manner, even though this is a hotel we stay at fairly frequently. I am extremely disappointed by this stay. There was a bit of a walk from the front desk to the room, including some stairs to the wing where the rooms are located. Pool and fitness center are very nice. September 24, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible room Our room was very dated and smelled very muggy as if the room had flooded previously. Our bathroom door was so swollen it would not close in order to use the bathroom with privacy. the ceiling over our head while in bed was cracking and had water welts as if it were filling with water. I did not feel as if the room was clean and I actually felt uncomfortable. September 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Service and Dreamy Nights My first impression was the phone call to make reservations. I have trouble walking at times and I asked the young lady if its possible to have my room on a lower floor. She said she will rearrange rooms to make it easily to get around. she was so polite about changing my room. She also has my other family member rooms change to be near me. I also like that the person at the front desk when I needed ice, she volunteered to get it for me. I don't know if she remember that I had trouble walking. They were all helpful. We had valuables in our rooms and they were there when we returned after room service left. The restaurant was excellent from the tasty food to the charming staff. We had a GREAT TIME!! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel I enjoyed the pool, however I didn't realize there were towels provided outside. The rack was completely covered, I imagine to protect the towels from a possible rain shower...but there was no sign at all to indicate that there were towels under there! I'm sure it is standard practice to put them out there, I obviously am inexperienced. It was nice having a restaurant/bar on site; we were able visit with friends right there. Overall, a nice place to stay. September 12, 2015
