Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel. We have used this hotel numerous times and will always check here before returning to this area. It is the nearest hotel when visting Biola to see our daughter. Staff is friendly and helpful. The bathroom was well-stocked and the rooms comfortable and clean. The restaurant downstairs is nice, although we did not use it this last visit. It is in the process of changing hands, so I'm not sure what restaurant is going in. We will be back! September 2, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not What I Expected It was a different experience at this property. I was looking for a quiet room and a place to unwind after an extremely long day. I requested a "QUIET" room, but was placed in the front overlooking the freeway. The AC unit sounded like a jet engine when it kicked in and the train horn overnight was something else. The reception consisted of "wings" and either beer or wine. Pretty slim on the food, unless you enjoy wings. Breakfast had more options...waffle or a frozen food service breakfast burrito. I was also surprised by a lack of refrigerator in the room. Staff said they would get one, but at 7:00 at night, I didn't want the hassle that late. I never could connect to the wifi, but that's why I carry my own hotspot. On the up side, the staff was extremely pleasant and tried to accommodate, but it would have been nice if things were already in place and not playing catch up. August 30, 2014

I feel the water pressure for the shower, toilet, and bathroom sink was not that great. Also, after the first night, the clean up wasn't that great. I even tipped, but there were still glasses left on the desk that should have been cleaned up. August 18, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Met Our Needs Just a quick overnight stay; didn't even have breakfast. Fast in; fast out. Our brief time with the front desk staff was friendly and professional. Room was adequate; hated the pillows! They swallow your head and flatten to no support. Bathroom lighting was very dim. Overall, would stay there again without hesitation. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by vacation the property is located 45mins away from LA making travel time high. it is in an industrial area. has starbucks, subway and in n out burger nearby. hotel breakfast needs improvement. the on'y thing nearby is disneyland... free shuttle service from hotel makes it ideal for those visiting disneyland and california adventure parks. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to par with other Holiday Inns When we checked in we were handed a paper stating that the pool was out of service for repairs. There was a shuttle service to another facility to use their pool from 1:00-4:00. That isn't very convenient for those of us who like to be able to relax at the pool between meetings, or in the evenings. I felt that we should have been told at the time the reservation was made that the pool would be out of service. The paper said it was out of service for all of July. Maybe a discount should have been offered. It is false advertisement to say you have a pool, when you don't have one that is usable. Coffee and a bagel was $9.00 in the restaurant. A room service tray was outside a door by our room at 10:00 at night and still there at 10:00 in the morning. It was still there at 2:00 in the afternoon. We were told we couldn't use our IHG Rewards unless we booked online. I will not be back to this facility. July 25, 2014

Two main reasons not to stay again would be lack of swimming pool in July and ridiculous price ($12.95) for a continental breakfast. I ended up just buying an orange juice from the hotel store. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A very pleasant stay I arrived tired and bothered and disappointed that the hotel was not in the location i expected, but the staff went out of their way to help us get to where we needed to go. I can't thank them enough for helping to turn around what could have been a very disappointing few days. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. What a difference it can make when the staff are helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The gentleman that drove the courtesy vehicles were very pleasant, cheerful and helpful, they do a great job. Our stay ended up being a very enjoyable time at the Holiday Inn. July 6, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Don't set your expectations too high It's always good to check online and see photos, as well as amenities of a hotel before booking. In this case - didn't help as we were not provided accurate information. We were informed there would be things that weren't there, as well the hotel rooms are not upgraded or even kept up in functionality. I don't recommend staying here until they upgrade this hotel. The staff is probably the only good thing about the hotel, which is the only reason we didn't leave and go somewhere else. July 1, 2014
