We had a large group in town for a wedding. The staff were very accommodating, understanding and helpful with all requests. The restaurant staff was also exemplary.

I have stayed on business numerous times at this hotel. Normally, the only issue has been the internet and once the room smelled. This trip the bathroom was unclean and short on toiletry supplies. Biggest complaint is I worked til 5:00AM and put sign on door to not disturb. I received a call from front desk the next morning waking me up to see if I needed room cleaned. I asked what good the sign on door did if they were going to call and wake me up. Front desk clerk became confrontational and advised it was company policy and I should have let front desk know in advance. I advised her to notate that I will be working these hours all week. She rudely said I would have to tell front desk daily. I advised I would find a more accomodating hotel. The night clerks are very friendly and accomodating and
have always been in the past. I will not stay at this hotel in the future, even if I have to stay in Sulphur. I also do not care about the bottle of water or points option when checking in.

Your staff is fantastic...top to bottom! I hosted conferences there and the staff was there for my needs everyday with a smile on their face.

I was greeted upon my arrival by two friendly faces and attitudes. Both Nartnaree and Rodney were smiling and talkative, putting me at ease after a long ride to get there around 6:30 pm.
They offered suggestions and directions to local restaurants because, hey, who doesn't want local when in South Louisiana!
