Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service Upon arrival, room wasn't ready due to sold out night before. Maria, one of the front desk personnel, made sure I stayed informed as to when my room would be ready, and made sure I got it as soon as it was. Only problem with the whole stay was the fact ALL four (4) bed pillows in the room were "firm". Even the two marked soft, were in-fact firm. That's why my "sleep quality" rating was just average. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by do not stay here My experience here was more stressful than relaxing. There were never enough towels, the food was horrible, the restaurant staff was lazy and unhelpful. When we would ask for something they would tell us they were working on it but it would take forever resulting in us having to remind them numerous times. They're excuse for the towel problem was they didn't have enough. The restaurant opened at 5pm and we got there at 5pm. The waitress immediately came to our table, which was the only one occupied and told us it would be a little wait because they were swapping out the grease in the kitchen. The entire staff of this hotel seemed unprepared for guests and uninterested in the needs of the guests. July 8, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not too bad for 1 night Its room was relatively big. But my room's A/C was quite noisy and ran whole night w/o stopping even after being set at Auto mode. My particular room had kind of rotten smell. There was no free breakfast for Gold member. The front desk service was kind of good. But its price was relatively competitive. July 5, 2015
