Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable bed Nice size room with 2 very comfortable beds, Drapes provided darkness for sleep. Bathroom was large and clean with sufficient towels and other amenities. We would stay at IHG hotels in the future. January 22, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Pet friendly hotel with sub-optimal accommodations The hotel staflf were very friendly. We travel with a small dog and were given a room on the floor reserved for people with pets. The carpeting was disgusting, heavily stained. We have stayed in other IHG pet friendly properties and have never experienced this before. While our room was a suite - there were no utensils or plates to heat up any food. No dishware of any sort. Only a 1 cup coffee maker. The restaurant is closed on Sundays which is when we were there. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable, better than many places we have stayed. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Express is better Beautiful interior and very nice. Was a little surprised at noise level in such a nice place. Room was very clean and bed quite comfortable. Was as little taken aback at the price to stay during the week. Why is the extra $10.00 tacked on for those days? Had a great dinner at Ruby Tuesday's and brought leftovers to finish as a snack while we watched TV. Wanted to place in the fridge ..... no fridge, Disappointing. Spent a restful night and breakfast sounded good.. When I inquired about getting a plate I was informed that this was not an Express. She wasn't exactly rude but I got the message in no uncertain terms. To sum it up. More money, no fridge and no breakfast. I'm going back to the Express and will have just as nice, clean, comfortable and with a fridge and breakfast at a much better price. January 21, 2015
