It is clean, safe, elegant but homey, a business center, indoor swimming pool ... and staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recomend this hotel! March 3, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Do Not Stay Here The room and bathroom was not clean. Pulled covers back and there were chunks of something that appears to be spider egg saks or chunks of dust. I killed a spider on the sheet as it was running away. We found a few pieces of med-long, dark, straight hair on the bed and pillow case. The bathroom sink had slimy stuff around the drain indicating that bleach is not used (not real nice for looking at as you brush your teeth). Edges of floor in bathroom had 'stuff' crammed into the edges and corners.....this is typical when swish mopping is consistently done and no deep clean ever takes place. Carpet was filthy. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to Stay for a Traveler The hotel far exceeded my expectations. Savannah, the front desk clerk who checked me in was both professional and friendly. She made me feel very welcomed and valued as an IHG member. Room was larger than expected, with great bed and nice pillows but rooms look a bit dated. I was surprised to find a small bar and restaurant and a very attractive lobby. The bartender, Tim, was exceptional. Friendly, and made every customer feel at ease. You have a great gem of an employee in him! I did not dine in the restaurant in the evening, as there was a Ruby Tuesday right next door.. I did eat breakfast in the restaurant, and it's your average basic fare. February 25, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good location but tired rooms Hotel is in a good location and the grounds and common areas are well maintained. We stayed in a suite which felt very tired. There were stains on the drapes, the carpet was worn and appeared dirty in areas, the furniture was older and showing wear. Overall, the room could use a freshening. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. February 25, 2015

Having a restaurant/bar closeby is great. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely reccommend this hotel to others. February 25, 2015
