even they said they had truck parking it was not to be found staff did not instruct me where or how to get to the parking area once iI finnaly got the truck from back parking area which was not truck parking friendly the truck was parked in front of Ruby Tuesdays next to hotel

this hotel was available for a quick night stay. Save us from going to other hotels looking for a night to stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was nice and the facilities looked good. I thought it was a little pricey and we didn't get any room upgrade for being a Priority Point member. At least it would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room. We have stayed in several Holiday Inn Express Hotels across Florida and found more amenities for Priority Club members. There was a $2.00 breakfast coupon for 2 people to share which was the price of 2 banannas. Many of the Holiday Innn Express hotels have very nice complimentary breakfasts. I probaby would not stay in this facility again.

Beautiful, well appointed, hotel. Far enought off the Interstate to be quit too. Ask for a quite room & was given one on the back in the corner..excellent. Altho breakfast is not incluced in the stay, it was served & very good!! Worked out to be about the same price as a hotel where breakfast was included. Located just behind a Cracker Barrell too...

We were traveling for two weeks. We chose Holiday Inn Express whenever they were available.
This was a very clean Inn.
Couldn't ask for a more helpful staff.
The "free" Blue Bunny ice cream wasn't a bad idea either.
Breakfast was very tasty and a very clean atmosphere.
I would recommend this to anyone.

I enjoyed my stay but there wasn't much of a restaurant. Breakfast was way overpriced but the front desk gave me coupons for being a priority club member. $6 for a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit?!

Stayed at this property twice in two weeks, coincedently in same room. First time on checkout told staff that the sink drain was broken, second stay drain still broken and dried blood stain on side of toilet( did not notice until vacating room). Reported both to front desk!!

I was booked into my requested room. All staff was very positive and personable. The room was quiet and comfortable. My breakfast was delicious with great service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and left well rested! I will return for future nights!

The hotel is beautiful and in an excelent location. The room was very nice as I was upgraded to a suite. I had planned on using the excercise room the afternoon I arrived and the next morning as well. When I arrived, I saw a sign on the ecercise room saying it was under repairs and that I could not use it. There was also a similar sign on thier indoor pool and their laundry room. When I asked the front desk what was going on, they did not know what was happening but that I should not use them.

She gave us a key marked 417. the seven looked like a one with a line through it. I questioned the room number. She verified the room as 417. When we tried to use the key it did not work. My wife had to go down stairs and re-verify the key. When we left for dinner I asked the clerk why the key did not work at first. She said that sometimes happens. Later in the evening a guest came to the door with a key to 417. We said it was occupied already by us. The manager called and said we were in the wrong room. We stayed put. How could the desk clerk be so incompetent as to put us in the wrong room even afer we questioned the number?

I stay at hotel once a week, hotel is nice. But there are usually 3 or more front desk clerks standing around doing nothing when you check-in. And they are usually very rude and you're afraid to ask for anything due to the fact they might snap back at you. Besides that hotel is good, the little bar they have is nice the bartender is awesome too bad they dont move her to front desk!

After nine hours on the road I arrived at the Holiday Inn in Lake City Florida. I was greeted by a very nice young lady at the front desk with a friendly smile and wonderful personality. After checkin I arrived to a very clean and confortable room and enjoyed a great nights sleep.
I hope to stay there again

Nice hotel, have started to always stay at a Holiday Inn or HI Express, wish they had free breakfast like Express though. Nice room, clean and quiet. Also like the fact that Ruby Tuesdays is right next door and Cracker Barrel is right across the street!

The desk clerk was very friendly and the hotel has a beautiful lobby and great breakfast. However, upgrades are definitely needed in the rooms. I stayed in a Queen Suite and the first thing I encountered was a toilet that overflowed when flushing. I contacted the front desk. The manager offered me a different room. This was after I had everything unpacked for the night. I appreciated the offer & the $20.00 in breakfast cash that he gave me, but thought that if there was a problem with the toilet, the hotel should not have put guests in the room. The manager was very much aware of the problem and told me that it had recently been worked on. I had to have a plunger in my room for the night to assist with flushing the toilet. Also, the bed was the most uncomfortable that I have encountered at a Holiday Inn. If I got too close to the edge, I would fall off because of the rounded sides. Also, the pillows were like big round balls and not comfortable. I stay at many Holiday Inns and would stay at this one again. I would just recommend that the hotel spend money on upgrading and fixing things.

We are snowbirds travelling to SW florida from Southern Ontario Canada and find the location great for an overnight stop and a good timing for an early evening dinner at Ruby Tuesdays which was excellent and just a minute walk from hotel.

This is a great location and nice Inn. I have stayed here several times and most every time I have a very difficult time accessing the web. The wi fi signal is very weak unless you walk outside the room into the common area.

I was expecting the same comfort and services from other Holiday Inn's. The room smelled of humidity, there was no fridge or micro. They dont include breakfast and if you want to pay anything to eat its ultra expensive and there is not much selection. We had problems with the internet and she told me it was my computer, they wouldnt even look into it. Highly dissapointed

This was our last stop on the way to our home in Southwest Florida. It was a welcome respite from some of the previous stopovers along the way. Lovely lobby, good drinks at the bar. We'll be back.

We did not get a paper, there was no refrigerator, or microwave. The bed linens were well worn, especially the comforter. Room was clean.
would not reccomend nor probably stay again.

Great hotel. Beautiful, with a friendly and helpful staff, excellent rooms, and a great location with many nearby restaurants, and easy access to the expressway (I-75). I would definitely recommend this location to others.

We wife and I were driving to Tampa and we decided after driving through a storm pull in there. We ate next door and have a few drinks and came back to comfortable bed.
