This is a very good hotel that is starting to getting pretty inconsistent. Maid service is pretty inconsistent (some maids do not replenish things, some over do it), room amenities are pretty inconsistent (some rooms are missing microwaves or robes for example.) Front desk service is inconsistent, some are incredible and the best in the business some not so much and they have you wait 10 minutes while they are on the phone. The food is consistently bad without a single healthy option on the menu. Rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable (but walls ultra thin, and curtain allow outside light). Overall a good experience but some things are missing. Good recognition for Priotity Club Members

We enjoyed the stay at this motel so much. It is one of the better Holiday Inns we have stayed at. We will be back!

I had a poolside room. It was very clean and very roomy.
Room was also decorated tastefully.
I was disappointed that there was no microwave in the room or a DVD player available.
I also was surprised that for the price of the room that there was no continental breakfast offered.
The pool was very nice but really cold so my 3 year old granddaughter couldn't stay in very long, she was freezing.
When calling to make the reservation I would not say that the female
I spoke with was all that friendly or very helpful, I felt rushed to make a decision.
All in all, I have to say, it was a pleasant stay.
I probably wouldn't choose this hotel first, next time.
There are other hotel chains that are clean, less expensive or the same price but offer more amenities.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, great recognition for PC members including upgrades for platinum members. Nice helpful staff. This is an almost perfect hotel. My only issue is the food that comes from an adjacent restaurant that is a meat and potatoes place with zero healthy food options. That would be one thing that could change. Please offer a few more healthy room service options...

Great Hotel that really is good for business travelers. Got an upgrade as a Platinum without asking (thank you). Very comfortable bed and pillows. The restaurant is willing to work with you and make substitutions. There are (free) breakfast and dinner offerings in the lobby too. Negatives: The pelts got to go and the restaurant is way too meat and grease heave... All in all a great experience. I will be back.

Found the property overall, excellent. The Machine Shed Restaurant attached has excellent food and service. Will stay here again when I am in the area. Much better then the property I'd stayed at the previous evening.
