Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Wonderful place. A level above most hotels
Everything here was wonderful except they did not replace the shampoo every night. I guess there is a reason they are the Holiday Inn and have to cut corners somewhere. The stay, staff, food was all excellent and was cheapened by a simple thing like an obvious managerial decision to save 15 cents on shampoo. The first time it happened I thought perhaps the cleaning staff forgot, but obliviously if they saw the bottle in the shower there policy was to not waste the precious 15 cents by putting another in its place on the sink. Just kind of shows the, "we're a cheap roadside hotel' attitude. Which was to bad since the rest of the stay was tainted by this simple managerial decision. Don't get me wrong, I am sure I could have asked the desk for more shampoo , but it just wouldn't happen at a real hotel.

1) The guest room was comfortable and quiet.
2) The restaurant and in-room service is not vegan-friendly.
3) The meeting/conference rooms are comfortable; although there appeared to be little daily service provided.
4) Plenty of close, free, available parking onsite.

The Holiday Inn and staff were courteous, helpful and accommodating with any special needs and requests. The room was clean and comfortable.
As a long-time vegan, I was disappointed to see no attempt by the dining services to provide any vegan or vegan-friendly options on the menus. The options offered were all expensive, necessitating that I venture out into the surrounding neighborhood and community to find vegan food. No soymilk, almond milk or other non-dairy options are available in the hotel. No tofu or other non-meat, non-egg options are available either.
The in-house dining area is small. Only breakfast and dinner service is available as well.
The pool area is small as well.
There is plenty of free, available parking.
