Staff was so friendly, and the on-site restaurant was very tasty. First place I've ever been where you have the choice of fries, onion rings, or "a little bit of both!" The only downsides were that our room had debris on the floor from the previous guest, the shower water temp fluctuated quite a bit, and the pet fee was much higher than other properties. Otherwise, a nice place to stay.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by TomX Quality stay at a very good price
In addition to the normally good service, my stay included a snow storm and they were out clearing the walkways before morning so we could get to our cars. I plan to stay there again when in the area.

While my stay was very short and this was my first ever visit to Colorado...the staff treated me just like one of their regular visitors. Due to the weather I chose not to rent a car, so the on-site amenities was essential and the Sport Grill menu is large enough to satisfy anyone's tast buds. Nice , new equipment in the fitness center. I'm just sorry I'm not an experienced snow-driver, would like to have ventured out to explore my surroundings.
I Would definitely recommend this facility.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by SafetyGuru Nice hotel with convenient restaurant on-site
Nice hotel with a sports bar/restaurant on-site for convenience. The staff is friendly and the facilities were clean. The rooms were pretty nice although they have the feel of an older hotel that has been remodeled based on the smaller/avergae size of the rooms. If you get the breakfast package, they program your room key so you can slide your key in the elevator to get private access to the 6th floor where there is a private breakfast buffet. It's small, quiet and very nice. The only problem I had there was when I was leaving to check out, I took the elevator to the ground floor and the elevator doors would not open. I preseed a series of buttons to go back up and attempt to open the door but nothing worked. The elevator car was just dead. Being a firefighter, I used a little trick and was able to get out on my own but this may have caused a very uncomfortable situation for someone else that may have become trapped in the elevator. I reported this to the front desk upon check out but I'm sure what followup they did. I have stayed at this hotel several times and have never had a problem with the elevators until this instance.
All in all, this is a good hotel to stay at. While not as centrally located with quick access to freeways as some other hotels might be, it is close to many area restaurants and shopping areas. Right next door and an easy walk, there are three restaurants; an Old Chicago, Denny's and a mexican restaurant.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by KD1234 My favorite place to stay
I have stayed at this Holiday Inn several times. Each experience has been very enjoyable.
The restaurant has excellent food at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing.
The fitness center is small, yet has everything needed to get a good workout while away from home.
The best part of the hotel is the rooms. The beds are comfortable. I slept very well. I enjoyed sitting in the lounger hanging out watching TV.
The staff is always professional and helpful.
I look forward to my next stay.
