The room was upgraded because I am a platinum member (such a great value) and the executive rooms were on a card-only access floor which offers better security, I like that. I do wish Holiday Inn would install the mini safes in their hotels. April 23, 2015

The rooms are clean, internet and tv have always worked and it's easy access to most major streets/highways. April 16, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nightmare experience What a nightmare this was. We chose this location because it was half-way in between my son's baseball tournament and my daughter's softball tournament. I had made my reservation 10 days in advance and had confirmation for a room with 2 beds(there were 4 of us). When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that there were no rooms with double beds, even though the gentleman that walked up to the other front desk person told them "I have no reservation and need 2 rooms with 2 beds". He got those rooms. We were told that they would give us 2 rooms with a king bed in each. That's great I guess, nobody had to sleep on the floor. But if I wanted to stay in separate rooms, I would have booked my husband & son's room closer to his tournament and my daughter & I closer to her tournament. The whole point of picking a hotel in the middle was so that we could stay together, that obviously didn't happen. Then it gets even better, our keys didn't work. We had to go down to the desk three different times to finally get keys that worked. The whole check in process took almost an hour, exactly what we wanted to do after spending the whole day at the ball fields. I guess I am lucky, another teammate of ours had to get three different rooms. Why you ask? Because the first two already had people in them. WOW!! Rooms were tidy at best, but certainly not clean. I even called on Monday to voice my concerns to the manager and all he did was make excuses and did nothing to make it right. My husband used to stay at this hotel at least 2xmonth for business and he always stays at Holiday Inns when he is traveling, but I guarantee we will never stay at this hotel again. April 16, 2015
