THIS IS A NICE QUIET ,CLEAN ,AND COMFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY AND THE PRICE WAS JUST RIGHT, I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR ANYTHING MORE. I COME TO COLORADO AT LEAST ONCE EVERY OTHER MONTH AND HERE IS WHERE I STAY. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by The price is low, but you get what you pay for Usually I am quite satisfied with the Holiday Inn brand of hotels. I have to qualify this review by saying I always sleep rather poorly when in a strange locations, such as a hotel. I was in town for a very intensive work meeting that ran Friday and Saturday. That means good rest is essential. At check-in I specifically told the clerk that I needed a quiet room. I did not want to be near the dinging elevators or rattlling ice machines. Turns out, that was the least of my worries. I was bothered by seemingly drunken floor-mates trying to wake their roomie to let them in because he forgot his key, giggling adolescent sports team members traversing the hall to socialize with other gals in the group, and barking dogs. Industrial ear plugs did not drown out I did not receive the room (on the executive floor) that I had reserved and am sure these distractions would have been less. April 21, 2013
