Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient hotel location This was a good hotel made even better by a free shuttle to the Denver light rail. The clerk on check in was excellent. I called later for a wake up call and got another clerk who did not process the wake up call. The pillows are great but the bed was too soft. January 16, 2015

Great Staff, clean well kept rooms, Great Food and Great Bar/Restaurant staff. As a side note - the restaurant is heavily visited by local people for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by New Years Eve We stayed here for 3 nights over New Years Eve. The location, staff, and general upkeep were great and up to IHG standards. Our room had an odd smell. I believe it may have been a smoking room which was overly deodorized. Even the sheets had an odd odor. If we'd been in the room more, I would have asked about it. Another person with a more sensitive nose would have been uncomfortable. Overall it was a good stay. January 6, 2015
