After a long day driving, we really appreciated the great hospitality, comp beverages, snacks and the ability to order and eat dinner in the hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable and quiet.. Check-in and out was smooth as glass. Kudos to all of the staff.

When checking in Friday afternoon the room we wanted or were expecting was not available.The staff worked with us and we were given another room in its place.While we were out on Saturday our luggage was moved to the room we wanted and had expected and all was corrected.Your people in Laramie went all out to make our stay in Laramie a pleasent one.

Your people were so helpful for getting our son ready for school! First helping to find apartments on Craigs list and then helping us find his apartment. Karina and Gary are great people and went beyond what we expected. Everybody at this property went above and beyond to help us with our stay!

This hotel is new and beautiful! The outside looks outstanding and inside is even better. The lobby is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, cozy and comfy. The rooms have comfortable beds, flat screen tvs, micro/fridges and big bathrooms. The pool and hot tub area is open and clean. The fitness center has a treadmill, bike and weight machine. Attached to the hotel is a Perkins restaurant and there are many other restaurants and stores in walking distance as well as the University of Wyoming.

I have been staying in Hotel/Motels for a long time. I used to get treated real good for being a regular customer. Not any more.
I rented a meeting room. I pay close attention to the meeting room rates because I have to explain the cost to my company. I set the room up and when I got the FAX to sign the rate was different than I thought I was told. All I did was ask the Sales Person about it. He said "he doesn't usually make mistakes and he remembers things like this". He agreed to send out an amended contract. I never received the amended contract. I did sign what he said I should sign and FAXed the forms back.
The day of our meeting. We had around 60 people coming. The Sales Person was going out the door as I was going in. He waived and continued on his way. The room was not opened for our meeting. I had to ask for them to open it. I asked if the Sales Person was there. I was told he went to lunch.
After they opened the room and finished setting it up, we had our meeting. I also ordered some refreshments and cookies. They were never brought in. I guess the best way to express how I felt was confused.
When I went to pay for the meeting room. The rate I was originally told was on the bill and the person I was paying pointed out right away that they did not charge me for the refreshments or cookies. I was VERY busy that day. This just added to my challenges.
A couple of days later the sales manager called me and asked how things were. I pointed out that we didn't get the refreshments and cookies. He said well they didn't charge me for them. Then he went into how some of our people didn't show. One guy didn't make it. I am sorry. We had 20+ rooms. The other two guys, one was there and when I pointed it out he said "oh I see he was here" the other one my boss told the front desk he got snow out of Laramie the same day he was supposed to show up. My boss overheard my conversation and was pretty upset himself.
We have a lot of work in the Laramie area and we have guys staying at this Holiday Inn Express quite often if not all the time. We are planning to have more meetings. We will be working in the area for a long time. We will be needing a lot of rooms in the future. The company I work for just celebrated 150 years of being in business. My company does a lot of business with the Holiday Inns in this country.
I really don't want to be treated like this. I will look around for another meeting room. If the room rate was a problem, the Sales Person should have said something. What happened was very uncalled for.
Another thing I really don't understand. I have worked for my company for over 34 years. I have been staying in motel/hotels for over 34 years. My company uses the CLC card. I have been told they are not good to deal with. I am sorry for that. I don't choose the Lodging Company for our company travel. I also don't agree to the rates that this Holiday Inn Express agreed to. But I don't get my Priority Points. This has just recently started to happen.

We enjoyed our stay. I was close to UW campus. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Fitness room could use upgrading.

After driving 10 hours in a UHaul, it was really great to find such a pleasant staff and clean hotel. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, and the room was just great

I highly recommend staying at the Holiday Inn in Laramie. The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff are friendly and eager to help make your stay perfect. There are a great variety of places to eat nearby, and a Perkins attached to the hotel. The university campus is 5 minutes away, and downtown Laramie is 7 minutes away. I highly recommend Anong Thai Restaurant (101 E Ivinson St Laramie, WY 82070). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Laramie, and will definitely stay there again.
