Only con would be I have to build staff relationships each year as many are college students and they need time to get to know me. But they are all exceptional people. October 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service in the hotel lounge After a solid 9 hours of driving it was good to get to the bar and have a drink and a steak. While the bar did not technically open until 5 pm, the front desk clerk let me in the bar, handed me the tv remote and served me a cold beer. Awesome service! The room was quiet, clean and the desk chair was comfortable. Flat screen tv is now standard in the hotel business. The cable package could have been a bit more deluxe, but it had the regular cable offerings. I called for breakfast in the morning and while the on-property restaurant did not open until 6 am, they did not promptly answer the phone at 6 sharp. I called hotel room service and they did not answer, either. After several calls I contacted the front desk who said the restaurant staff should be answering the phone. I called again at about 6:10 am and got my order placed. It arrived 20 minutes later, hot and with a full pot of fresh coffee. This is a basic Holiday Inn only a few years old now and is still in very good condition. I would recommend it. October 6, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by will be staying every two weeks I've been a loyal customer at the local B.W for over a year. Had to change my reservation to the fallowing night due to labor day. The check in staff added the fallowing night but did not cancel the normal night stay. they tried to bill me for the two nights. Although after the GM kept arguing with me that he lost money because of me, he did refund the one stay. He was very disrespectful to me and I cancelled my future reservations to the amount of over 26 stays a year. I call ed Holiday Inn in Laramie. and booked up my future reservations. They have so far treated me like a valued customer and wanted my business. By the way the value for the money is way better than the B.W. in Laramie. September 28, 2015
