Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel Hotel is very nice. Rooms are clean and well taken care of. (Except my room, 601 had a broken door handle)Breakfast in the morning is always tip top and the memory foam beds are the best I have slept on in a Holiday Inn. Hotel is connected to an Outback steakhouse which is nice because I didn't always need to drive to get dinner after a long work day. I always try to be nice to people, but their staff has a couple of rude desk clerks. The gentleman that checked me in was awesome. He was very funny and also dressed very nice. You could tell he enjoyed his job and was proud of it. A couple of the young ladies at the counter gave me a good amount of static over getting an extra room key, looking up a coworkers room number, and opening the "24 hour" fitness room for me at 11 am. Other than that I would recommend this hotel. May 9, 2013

Quick, fast close to Dulles Airport its perfect. I have never been disappointed at this location and I hope that never changes. May 5, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Surprise I thought that all Holiday Inns Express offered a free breakfast or at least a free continental breakfast. I even paid for a coffee. I was under the impression that this was a staple feature at all Holiday Inns Express. My main attraction to this hotel was the availability of a smoking room plus the Outback restaurant. May 4, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by mixed feelings no refrigerator in room first day we were missing the tray to hold the coffee packet, when we went down to mention it at the desk, one lady kept saying the grounds are in a filter packet but the second one understood and the gentleman at the coffee counter gave us two coffees, the second morning we had no coffee cups One lady at the front desk was very unfriendly and stand offish One server in the cafe was extremely helpful and kind, we saw her both mornings and the afternoon of the cocktail hour for the CW wedding we were disappointed that we couldn't swim in the morning or early afternoon May 3, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good experience all around I spent 4 nights at this location during my stay in Laurel. The staff was great from the fronk desk , house keeping, and dining. They were friendly, helpful and made me feel like a VIP. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone April 28, 2013
