Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Service When first checking in I was told there were no rooms in the interior of the hotel so I had to take one only accessible from the outside. I went to the room and it was a smoking room so I went back immediately and complained and was given a room in the interior of the hotel. If there were none available, how was my room changed so quickly. Additionally, I am a platinum member and there was no recognition of my status. October 15, 2014
