It was extremely noisy at night in this hotel. There was no coffee machine in the room.

I was staying for a long week and over the weekend for business but I unfortunately became neighbors with a rowdy bunch over the weekend and last couple of days of my trip. It ruined all chances for a night's sleep. I called the front desk 4 times over the course of the night. Security responded twice with no success. But in the morning the manager on duty made it up to me and offered sincere apologies. I would still recommend this property after the manager made such a gesture and apologies!

Can't go wrong with Holiday Inn. It is a good place to stay with comfortable beds.You get a good night sleep. I will stay here again. Place was clean.

Hotel is fine for business travel but kids seem to be a giant inconvenience to them- pool seems to almost never be open, lifeguards are inconvenienced when someone comes
We visited for a soccer tournament in the DC area and booked approx 60 rooms.- Not insignificant dollars!

When first checking in I was told there were no rooms in the interior of the hotel so I had to take one only accessible from the outside. I went to the room and it was a smoking room so I went back immediately and complained and was given a room in the interior of the hotel. If there were none available, how was my room changed so quickly.
Additionally, I am a platinum member and there was no recognition of my status.
