Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Disappointing - Room Good - Food limited Disappointing for my first visit here, not helped by the central booking system unhelpfulness. Food range disappointing if you book and pay for in advance. Rooms are ok, you can sleep comfortably and they're clean. Not much to rave about, but in terms of Value for Money and longer than two nights stay, not great I'm afraid. December 16, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a "holiday" at the inn..... Stayed here for business - convenient to business office...that was the only positive. Hotel definitely shows signs of age and neglect - room furniture was sagging and stained....carpet worn beyond its time.....window frames that didn't meet the walls allowing for drafts....Hotel restaurant (no options if you don't have a car to leave) was less than acceptable and the staff was untrained and not very attentive....when they did pay attention it was only to apologize for poor service.....would never stay here again and have indicated same to my corporate travel service. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice stay at hotel Spent three nights attending training at Warwick Technology Park. Reception staff were very helpful as was the lovely Polish lady who runs breakfast. Only criticism was that the room was very dark and you needed the lights on but overall a very comfortable stay and would stay there again. December 1, 2014

It doesn't set the world alight but it offers good services and is in a really good location for visiting Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford Upon Avon etc. The staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are comfortable, spacious enough, and the bathroom facilities more than adequate. The bar area is nice although a bit on the small side if you're there at a busy time. The food selection is varied, with something for everyone, but it is slightly pricy for what you get - we found it better to eat at local pubs in the evening. Breakfast is a good selection of hot and cold food, however the hot food can't really be described as hot and things don't seem to be properly stocked e.g. 1 fried egg left sitting on its' own - it had gone pretty cold and the yolk was solid. Yuk! All in all though it's a good hotel and it's our 3rd time here so any negatives are forgotten about. November 26, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by One Night in Executive Suite My stay was not as it should have been due to a TV having signal issues and was not watchable. Also there werre no paper tissues in the bathroom. My stay was one night so not the end of the world, but for the money definatately not good value. November 24, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poorly Maintained and Tired Disappointed with the experience. This hotel is tired and an attempt has been made to update but it was only a coat of paint. Uncomfy bed, mouldy shower curtain and dust covering the extractor fan to name but a few issues. November 19, 2014
