Receptionist really engaged well with those of us checking in / out and when I had to buy a reasonably priced toothbrush ! Quiet location. Great value. May 10, 2013

The restaurant and lounge areas were fine and the staff were polite and helpful. The room had air conditioning and the beds were comfortable. No problems, would use this company again. April 22, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Very Poor Rooms Reasonable out of town location, nice reception and bar area, but the room was very dated.. Bed was uncomfortable the carpet had stains on the floor (a lot) and the wardrobe mirror was broken (room 21). Disappointed to have to pay for internet. I am a gold card member and I was charged 50% of the regular internet price.. Based on these problems I would not use this hotel again nor would I recommend this hotel. April 12, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by What's the point.... ....Of booking a family room (with two double beds) if one of them has a totally unusable mattress and the only space for a cot is under a draughty window and a broken full length mirror. In addition in the disabled toilet the changing table (plus for having one!) was so high that was rendered unusable for anyone below 6 foot. April 6, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean modern room, hotel looks tired, food only ok (beware the '8oz' beef burger.... it isn't) receptionist was friendly and chatty. the hotel is looking tired, but the room was modern, clean and tidy. the room service menu isn't great and the 'beef burger' was not as I have had in all other Holiday Inns and was poor...(I didn't eat mine) however the room service guy came and looked, apologised and was friendly enough (although didn't offer to change the meal)§ On the whole, an OK Holiday Inn experience, but not the best Holiday Inn I've been to.... not the worst either!! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Wouldnt recommend I arrived at this hotel and it took me 40 mins to get checked in! and I am a platinum club member. After I eventually was checked in I tried to get food, big mistake! was told kitchen closed and it wont be open for another hour because they just had a large party arrive! Bed was lumpy staff couldn't understand why I was unhappy. March 21, 2013
