Das Hotel ist bestens geeignet sowohl für geschäftliche als auch Aufenthalte mit Familie und Kindern. Ausgezeichnete Lage am Rand von Leiden, die Badeorte Katwijk und Noordwijk sind jeweils in wenigen Minuten per Auto oder Bus erreichbar. Für jeden, der einen unkomplizierten Aufenthalt im einen Holiday Inn im typisch amerikanischen Stil liebt, ist dieses Hotel eine sehr gute Wahl! May 9, 2016

Lady at reception call to all petrol stations nearest area , because many of them were closed already (late evening) . Call to taxi , explain the price and finally give me the bicycle and printed map to get the petrol station. May 9, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great place for kids and olds I was staying with an elderly grandparent, young grand-children, and parents of grand-children. It suited them all perfectly and was easy for me to get my mother (the grandparent) around. The major roadworks outside were not the hotel's fault, but the hotel staff compensated for the hassle with grace and good will. Not my personal choice for hotel (I prefer city centre), but perfect for purpose: kids safe and easily occupied, parents and grandparent comfortable, food easily accessed. A genuine surprise! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by terrible check-in experience Was greeted at the check-in with a double booking which I did not make. When I inquired about this I was told that this is what the system told them. When later I presented the front-desk staff with my reservation I never got the impression that this was something important for them. To add salt to an open wound, my booking for 2 weeks later had also been doubled in their system. It would be nice if a customer is treated like a customer, not a person who can be "chatted" away by standard answers. It is not the first time that I get the impression that staff don't listen to customer problems, instead they are more focused in giving standard answers learned at trainings... disappointing.. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Tired place Way too expensive for the facilities provided. It was probably an expensive time of the year. The 'shuttle' service that is talked about is a joke. 'Last shuttle' at 9 in the morning? The dinner and breakfast buffets were just about edible and massively overpriced. I am a person who dislikes McDonalds and haven't eaten at one for over 3 years but I shot across to one on the second morning instead of the buffet! April 27, 2016
