El gimnasio es muy pequeño y los aparatos de muy baja calidad. El servicio en el restaurant para el desayuno es pésimo. No recomiendo este hotel a quienes buscan un servicio integral, si te confiormas con pasar una noche tranquila en un ambiente relajante y cómodo, está bien, si aspiras a algo más, mejor elije otro hotel. Mi incomodidad es con las instalaciones y un detalle en el restaurante. Los aparatos del gimnasio estaban muy viejos, la corredora batalló para encender, las poleas estaban en mal estado y faltaban accesorios para usarlas( pines para anclar los pesos). En el restaurante pedi un plato de fruta y me dieron (textual) 5 rebanaditas de papaya y 5 rebanaditas de melón, por lo que cuesta el plato se me hace un robo, me imaginaba algo mejor, no pedi buffet porque cene pesado la noche anterior y quería algo ligero. Por la mañana visite la alberca techada con agua climatizada, ¡excelente!, me faltaron vacaciones para seguir disfrutando. May 8, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Last Stay ever The reception staff at check in was not helpful to stay an additional night, I left my cloths for the laundry and ironing and at night the bag was still there, I called the recpetion to inquiry why they had not taken the clothes and they said they did not know and could not help to get me the clothing clean and ironed, I had some experiences here, but this one made me decide I will not stay ever at this location anymore. Hay dos cosas malas del hotel: 1.- Es que tienes que esperar mucho por el elevador, por lo que la mayoría de los días opte por tomar las escaleras. 2.- La caminadora (banda) del gimnasio no funcionaba, por lo que no pude hacer ejercicio durante mi estancia. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Gimnasio En general, sus empleados muy amables, pero el gimnasio pienso que es el peor gimnasio de todos los hoteles en dónde me he quedado. No servía la corredora, ni la tele ni nada. Al final, ni lo utilicé y salí a correr afuera. Para mi, este es un servicio primordial y este hotel no lo da. Aparte, se escuchaba mucho ruido en la noche debido al tráfico y que la ventana da directo a la calle, pero parece ventana normal y no reforzada. El Hotel, mal llamado Convention Center, parece un Holiday Inn Express. Saludos February 24, 2014

Through the night, and especially in the morning, the noise level from cars, trucks, and buses on the avenue outside did not allow for a good rest. Most times, the meaning for staying at a hotel is to rest, and with these windows you will not achieve a good rest. January 5, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable room When I arrived the room looked quite normal. It was hot, so I turned the air conditioning. It started making a lot of noise, but I supposed it was because it had to work hard to lower the temperature. I selected auto, so that the temperature would keep at the same level (20°Celsuis). Unfortunatelly, the noise did not changed, and all night kept the same. It sometimes turned off because the temperature reached the selected one, but when it started again the noise could not let me sleep. Then at 2:30, the guest in the next room was doing a lot of noise, keeping me awake for almost an hour. In the next morning when I was trying to take a shower, the bathtub kept the water even without the capful. Additionally, the lavatory also retained water. In the morning I approached the front desk to let them know what was happenin in my room, asking to repair it. After a very exahusting day, I returned to the hotel, and the bathtub, the lavatory and the air conditioning was exactly the same. I asked for the manager, but he/she was not there and was not returning. After discussing a lot with the lady from the front desk finally I got an upgrade to another room. Nevertheless, I do not plan on staying in this hotel again. August 6, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good place to stay Place was comfortable and good located close to the places we wanted to visit. Room was ok however, some signs of discoloration in carpet are presented. Restroom looked a refurbishing required in lights and furnishing. Bed was comfortable and TV equipment looked new. Pool facilities were clean and good acclimated. Flavor of meals were excellent, and personnel of restaurant was really friendly and always attended with disposition. Parking spaces for cars is adequate. Personnel in the front desk did not offer much help or information. I was no informed that rate did not included breakfast, girl in front desk did not take note about my comments and did not offer any complementary rate for it. In hotel there are signs informing a "free smoke space" inside facilities, however, in pool area there are no signs and some hosts were smoking. I reported it to front desk and an employee went to request to cigar off, but they refused to do it arguing about int that area there were no signs forbidding smoking. Finally they cut off cigarettes complaining. March 9, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Door card and shower not working The card that opens the room dor doesn't work, I had to get down several times during the week because the card got locked. The answer from frontdesk was "the cards are bad, sorry about that".. if the cards are wrong then drop them and get new ones. The shower was not working properly, sometimes I got hot water, some times cold and someothers. nothing ! The hotel is in bad shape..the carpet is old and dirty. Please do something. January 16, 2013
