Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Unimpressive We stayed one night in this hotel and were disappointed in the experience. It's a fairly new hotel and the staff were quite nice, but that's where it ended for us. The thermostat in our room was very erratic. It said 74 but the room was actually 69. Once I put it up to 79, the heat started working and it would run for too long, then stop for quite a while. Eventually we made it through the night by setting it 6 or 7 degrees too warm and adjusting the blankets accordingly. There is no breakfast buffet so we decided to use the internal restaurant. Big mistake. We were the only customers but it still took them over 15 minutes to prepare 2 "low-carb" omelettes. And when they came, the bacon was greasy and the egg was like cardboard. The coffee was rather cool and when I complained, the waitress brought me another cup, also cool. We suggested using the microwave to warm it up, but she ignored me. Finally, only one of the 2 room card keys worked. We won't be back. March 4, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by better than average Rooms seem to have been "freshened" recently. On weekends, there are usually families staying here whose kids go in and out of their rooms until very late, constantly slamming their doors. Hallway noise is quite loud here. Your experience at this hotel will depend greatly on the courtesy of your neighbors. February 26, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Television After check in and a nap, I turned on the tv and it had 6 channels. I spoke with the front desk and found there were 16 other rooms with tv issues. I also found out this has been going for months. I reset the programming myself and found 58 channels. I also reset to display on screen the channel and volume. I had several conversations there with the staff and manager about this. They have really given up on fixing it and would rather have people settle inn and change rooms. I find that attitude to be non condusive to operation of a hotel. If I am ever in that area again, I will choose a different facility. February 22, 2015
