The staff was great. We had a couple minor problems, but when brought to the front desk's attention, they were handled quickly.

After check in and a nap, I turned on the tv and it had 6 channels. I spoke with the front desk and found there were 16 other rooms with tv issues. I also found out this has been going for months. I reset the programming myself and found 58 channels. I also reset to display on screen the channel and volume. I had several conversations there with the staff and manager about this. They have really given up on fixing it and would rather have people settle inn and change rooms. I find that attitude to be non condusive to operation of a hotel. If I am ever in that area again, I will choose a different facility.

This was the second room that smelled like cigarettes, for a 100% smoke free hotel there should not be rooms that smell so bad.
