Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely location in Lincoln staying on Marina was perfect. Lots of places to eat, explore and relax nearby. Beds very comfortable, rooms spotless. We were particularly impressed with how helpful and friendly the hotel staff were. Especially those on reception duty. Will definitely stay again. November 23, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A Room With A View The Hotel was well situated on the waterfront overlooking the marina and in close proximity to the High Street. The staff were all very pleasant and nothing seemed to be a trouble for them. The breakfast was very good, particularly when you can order eggs how you like it. The evening meal was good, but the quality seemed to vary from one day to the next? maybe different chef. Overall well situated with plenty of restaurants nearby if you require them. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent customer service This is our third stay & we can certainly recommend Holiday Inn for staying over in Lincoln. The location is perfect for both shopping & dining, with many places to stop & relax with a nice coffee & slice of cake! The staff definitely need to be praised as they went above & beyond on this particular visit due to me leaving my Kindle behind without even realising it! I received a call later in the afternoon after checking out to say that room service had found it & Kirsty on reception went to the P.O. on her way home from work to send it on to me. Many thanks to all concerned for honesty & fantastic service. November 22, 2014
