Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by well looked after Everything about the room was excellent and staff were first class.I had made a mistake about room service charges but immediate response was to refund me even though mistake was mine.Food a bit disappointing - cook/chill - I noticed Break Brothers delivering - and this left no flexibility for the chef when one of party asked for the soup to be served minus the cream. A little overpriced for what it was but OK and a sensible range of choices. However as the location has plenty of opportunities for eating out I would recommend this as preferable August 21, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very good location My wife and I stay at numerous Holiday Inns thoughout the UK and find this is one of the best. Its nice to find they are not cutting back on the little things that can be so annoying at other venues. On this occation specifically I was able to enjoy Sky sports on the TV, and also found the toilet paper to be the same size as most people buy from the stores and not the size of postage stamps. We will definitely be returning to Brayford Wharf. August 20, 2014

Some items on the menu were a little disappointing e.g. the fish and chips - where the fish batter was not crisp and the fish "grey" in colour. Mix grill excellent though. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Getting Better and Better I have been staying in this particular Holiday Inn most weeks since April and am very pleased to say that it has been a pleasure. I am always guaranteed a very good nights sleep. The staff are always very helpful with special mention to the Front of House Staff and Breakfast Staff who despite being new in some cases, have been very welcoming and efficient. Will definitely continue to stay whenever I get the opportunity. August 10, 2014
