Some items on the menu were a little disappointing e.g. the fish and chips - where the fish batter was not crisp and the fish "grey" in colour. Mix grill excellent though. Rooms clean along with bathroom. Bed August 14, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Getting Better and Better I have been staying in this particular Holiday Inn most weeks since April and am very pleased to say that it has been a pleasure. I am always guaranteed a very good nights sleep. The staff are always very helpful with special mention to the Front of House Staff and Breakfast Staff who despite being new in some cases, have been very welcoming and efficient. Will definitely continue to stay whenever I get the opportunity. August 10, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A lovely, comfortable stay I had some concerns as some reviews I'd read were not exactly complimentary - I found just the opposite - helpful staff - a clean and comfortable room - good breakfast - superb location next to the wharf, with lots of restaurants etc nearby, and very close to Lincoln shops etc. Excellent short break - would certainly use again. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Lincoln July 14 Reasonable value for money, very comfortable and large bed Slept very well Large Car Park and good location. Let down by uncleared tables in the bar and in the area outside the bar ( probably from passing trade rather than guests) Guests should not have to clear tables so they can sit down. July 21, 2014
