Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location Brayford Wharf is a nice outlook Close to Cathedral Quarter Plenty of eating options nearby Walking along the Fossdyke Navigation if the weather is nice, couple of pubs to keep you going in the Newark direction. University keeps it quite lively in the area and the trains are far enough away and slow not to be a problem. April 26, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by weekend break in April The hotel is really good in comparison to others in the chain. It is a bit harder to find the car park as you need to turn onto a pedestrian walk way that has signs saying no through road. Road marking could be better. The bar/ lounge is ok but other hotels have much better quality lounges. The garden at the front of the hotel needs a good make over - weeds were high grass uncut and looking very weary from the winter - but this is April! Staff are fantastic, the location is brilliant overlooking the wharf, good restaurants along the wharf and easy access into Lincoln. Once the car park was found everything was fine - good size car park with cctv control April 20, 2016

Finding the hotel is not straightforward with an eight-year old sat-nav - you need to approach from the East. Slightly OTT reception but checked in promptly and accurately. Pleasant bar and Starbuck's in building, so could sit out with a beer or coffee and look at the Marina. Good location so choice of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent - great service and poached eggs cooked to perfection on request. Happy to stay again. April 17, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lincoln flying visit The scene was set by the warmth of the reception; the professionalism and attention to detail shown was replicated by all the staff we had contact with. Having just returned from Barcelona we were a little travel weary however the cleanliness of the room, together with excellent fixtures and fittings, provided the relaxed environment that we needed. The whole visit was sealed with a splendid breakfast which offered a wide choice, enough to satisfy the demands of most travellers. April 14, 2016
