We were graciously welcomed; treated respectfully when a room card was duplicated late into the night and then discovered after checking out we had left several items of importance inside the room. My sister was able to retrieve after a phone call to management. High Fives to room service for their honesty and integrity. November 13, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and peeling wallpaper We had always heard how nice Holiday Inns were but could never afford to stay in one. We decided to splurge this time because our extended family was staying there. While the bed was very comfortable, we were disappointed to see that the wallpaper was starting to peel off the walls a bit. It was the quietest room we've ever had, though, so that was good. Did not think we should have been charged to park in their parking garage when we were guests there and the only alternative parking was feeding meters on the street. So there was good and bad in our stay. Overall, I'd have to say we probably won't splurge like that again on a Holiday Inn room. November 12, 2014

I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! I'm very happy with everything I experience and will be returning for return stays! November 12, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Downtown Hotel Great Hotel in the downtown area. It is to bad the parking garage is designed for smaller compact vehicles. If you do not like smoking this might not be the property for you. The guess hang out at the front and and side entrance smoking. Which is the only way to enter the lobby. The smoke smell is over powering at times. It is really to bad because this is a nice property with a friendly staff. November 10, 2014
