The convention space was a little bit spread out, but they allowed us to post signage to direct attendees, so we had almost no issues with people finding their way. The downtown location offers a lot of variety of food, shopping, and entertainment. May 15, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by no tax exempt or free breakfast I was very disappointed that there was not a hot breakfast included with my stay at your facility. I have come to count on this as to why I have chosen the Holiday Inn as my stay of choice. Also this facility is the first Holiday Inn that did not honor the tax exempt status. The staff did look into and double check but for some reason my stay did not qualify for tax exempt. May 11, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome stay This was a very nice hotel, a little expensive but the location was great for the Lincoln Marathon. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Not all of the runners that were in my room made it back before the 11:00 dismissal but the staff were very nice with extending our dismissal time a little. I will definitely go back there and stay again. Very nice staff. May 7, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by tax exempt services I work for a government entity so we are tax exempt. I carry my form 13 with me and always am able to provide it for the businesses. If tax is charged on anything purchased, I must reimburse my employer out of my own pocket. Obviously getting the tax exempt process handled properly is important to me. Your front desk handled the check in well but room service and your restaurant did not. Even after I brought this up to their attention, they refused to remove the sales tax. Consequently I had to dig into my own pocket upon returning to work. This is probably the most frustrating part of traveling for my job. May 4, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Please upgrade beds The Holiday Inn Downtown Lincoln has always been a favorite because of it's great location and the friendly, accommodating staff. However, this last stay was disappointing because the bed was not comfortable -- very worn and it fell in the middle. Also, the bathtub floor creaked every time we used the shower -- as if something was broken underneath. We hope they upgrade a few aspects of this hotel so we can continue to stay there. May 4, 2015
