Suggestion: We used the guest laundry one day and you really need a chair in the area to sit and read while the laundry is being done. Thanks. September 18, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel, But Terrible Restaurant Experience The hotel itself and the front desk were great. Nice place (was a new property). But the waitress was not attentive and did not care about my experience at the hotel from the moment I walked into the restaurant to the moment I left. I was there in Lincoln because a family member of mine was in the ICU. I looked forward to the quiet respite the hotel would bring. But I dining experience my last night was far less than even mediocre. The waitress needs to pay more attention to all her patrons rather than carrying on a conversation with the bartender and the college guys who were at the bar. September 10, 2014
