I have never stayed at this property before, typically deferring to the Holiday Inn Express. The value here was excellent. The customer service was exceptional.
Clean, comfortable room.
There was a mix-up on the airport convenience shuttle that caused me to wait a long period of time but it was simply a communication mix-up. Once the hotel knew I was waiting the shuttle was there in five minutes.

The staff is wonderful and caring. The rooms have been entirely redone. All furniture is new and comfortable. I had breakfast and it was very good. Not a huge selection but everything was very good. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn to stay at.

I have stayed at several area hotels before, and the staff at this particular location are amazingly friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond whenever possible to please the customer.
As a IHG Rewards Platinum member, they upgraded me to a suite which was nice, and also gave me a complimentary bottle of water. Because of the amazing customer service I received upon check-in, I decided to leave my car at the hotel during my trip instead of using another airport parking lot. This was a smart move on my part not only because the cost was less $5 per night versus about $7 a night, but also because I arrived back a day later than planned because of the LAX shooting.
The shuttle service to the airport was fast for drop-off and took a little longer than expected for pick-up but I think part of that was my mind playing tricks on me after a long day of travel.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the BWI airport, whether you need a place to stay the night before a flight or have business in the area. The hotel is really nice and new, the staff is willing to go above and beyond whenever possible, and the rooms are extremely comfortable.

I will always return to this Holiday Inn. The staff make you feel right at home. Great shuttle service to and from BWI airport and cost saving parking at the hotel. The newly decorated lobby is beautiful.

When I checked in the desk clerk did not recognize me as a platinum member. The next morning for breakfast I inquired about the platinum gift bag or a breakfast credit. The young lady looked at me stone faced and said, "We don't do that anymore" Not a simple I am sorry, or explanation.
That same afternoon, I noticed gift bags lined up on the floor behind the desk.
Also the bartender was really a grump. For $5 bottle of beer you should get a thank you.
The only bright spot was Debra M, the waitress for breakfast. She was polite and pleasant. Her service was excellent.
I will not be back to this hotel.

From the moment I first stepped into the well appointed lobby and was immediately greeted by the most pleasant Welcome Agent at the front desk who was friendly and sincere I knew it would be a nice experience. Within 15 minutes after arriving in my room the telrphone rang and it was the front desk asking if the accomodations
Were as expected and if I was satisfied. What great customer service. I came down from my room for fresh air a couple of times that evening and was asked by another hotel rep if everything was ok. The breakfast buffet was a real suprise as the quality of food and staff in the restraunt were so accomodating. I was disappiinted I had ti leave but will make it a point to stay there or any other holiday inn facility after this very positive experience.

The bed is very comfortable with lots of pillows. The front desk was helpful, cheerful, and responsive to our needs. The bartender was helpful with wine and beer selections. I do wonder why we were given free bottles of water a week ago at the same hotel and had to pay for each bottle this time.

Stayed one night and left my car for a week after flying out. The room was perfect and the staff could not have been more helpful. They also directed us to a restaurant that had the best Maryland crab cakes I ever ate.

Stopped in Baltimore for 2 nights. First night was at another place which was unsatisfactory. Called around in the early evening, found this Holiday Inn with vacancies at a low price with AAA membership. Big, clean, quiet, nicely appointed room. Friendly staff, no hassle airport shuttle. Good selection at breakfast buffet though it's not included in the price. I guess that's the only negative I can find, though the cost of breakfast is reasonable and puts the overall stay price in line with Hampton which does include breakfast. Not a deal killer especially since the selection is better.
This place was much appreciated after the previous night. Keep up the good work!

We stayed there for 4 nights (Oct.10-13, 2013), we loved it so much. Definitely we will back to stay there. The room is clean and fresh, the staff is great, the bed (we have king size bed) is very comfortable, the breakfast is good and what else..even just sit in the lobby I feel good and comfortable..I recommend you to stay here..

I found this Holiday in to be a bit dissapointing. We arrived late after a very long day and just needed to sleep.
In the daylight the next morning I noticed food smeared on the wall by the hall mirror and the couch was so dirty I didn't want to sit on it.
When I stopped by the front desk and asked about a tooth brush I was told they didn't have any.
Food at the $10 breakfast buffett wasn't as good as I normally get included with the room at the BWI Holiday Inn Express.
I also noticed that what looked like a fairly recent rennovation showed some sloppy craftsmanship. The tile work in both the bathroom and the dining room looked like it had been done by a blind drunk.
Overall it wasn't horrible, but it was about what I'd expect from a $40/night hotel - not a Holiday Inn.

Loved the hotels location and the free shuttle service to and from the airport. Kept my vehicle there for a week with no worry and only $5/day. Staff was very good to us and checked in and out easily.

My first time in the area and I did not realize that this is a recently rebranded and fully renovated property. I chose it based on location and the Holiday Inn brand and was not disappointed. Staff and service were excellent, room was very clean and comfortable. My evening food and drink were OK but not memorable.

I never want to review this hotel because I am afraid people will learn just how wonderful it is, and I will struggle to get a room. It is always clean, and fresh smelling. The Front desk has always been so very helpful. I stay here every time I am in Baltimore.

This hotel was a Comfort Inn at one time. I never had stayed at this hotel because of that. Even after it was changed to a Holiday Inn I still stayed elsewhere. I was not happy with my last stay at the Country Inn and Suites across the road, and thought I would look at another place. I tried the Holiday Inn and what a surprise! The hotel is fresh clean and modern.

Staff is FANTASTIC!!! I have stayed here previously but this time we stayed 10 days with hubby and my cat. Staff bent over backwards to accommodate all my requests. For example, asked to have room cleaned first thing in the morning so I did not have to put my kitty in the kennel for long, not an issue, my room was the first one they cleaned. Told them the washing machine was malfunctioning, they fixed the same day and made it a point to let me know it was fixed. The hotel was jam packed but anything I asked for was accommodated immediately.
Rooms are big and very very clean. Actually, the entire hotel was spotless. Loved the complementary breakfast which had lots of fresh fruits, hot buffet and so forth. Gym and business center were small but complete. The only downside is that their wireless internet was not very strong.

My wife and I stayed here because we had a flight going out to Vegas the next morning. The Hotel was suburb. The staff was friendly from check in to check out. The Hotel was spotless and the room was very large. Location is right next door to BWI. We parked our car at hotel while we went to Vegas. The shuttle took us to airport and picked us up on our return. The shuttle driver was extremely friendly. He offered to stop at McDonald's because he heard my wife say she wished she would have gotten a cup of coffee at hotel. This is a WOW experience. To be very honest, the Holiday Inn was nicer than the resort hotel we stayed in Vegas. We will return again.

I could not believe that for the charged room rate that a complimentary breakfast was NOT provided. Also, only a very few USA Today newspapers were available for guests. A newspaper for each guest should be provided, in fact, many hotels deliver it to your room. For the above reasons, I cannot recommend this hotel.

This property has re-branded and re-opened after an extensive renovation. It was very well done. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with min-fridges, HI's great linens & mattresses, & the showers we've come to expect. The reception area blends seamlessly into the restaurant, with both very tastefully decorated. The fitness area has two treadmills, a Precor elliptical and bike, as well as a bench and dumbbells. I was pleased to see the high quality of the cardio equipment, but the largest dumbbell is only 30 pounds. Given the quality of the facility and it's proximity to BWI, this will be my new go-to hotel in the area.

I travel the East Coast staying on IHG locations. This location ranks in my top 3 experiences with IHG. Nice full bar in the lobby for relaxing and to be honest I have never been a real big fan of the breakfast offered in most locations but this one was great. The "Customer Appreciation" on Wednesday afternoon was a great offering of free munchies that were much more that your normal "finger foods". I could go on but long story short. I will stay here every time someone from my company or myself are in the Baltimore Area. (if you stay here, you need to take advantage of the shuttle to the M&G Seafood Rest. GREAT FOOD)

We fly in and out of BWI 6-7 times a year, and this is the first time staying at this HIE (we are Priority Club members, but always stayed elsewhere). This is my new favorite place to stay from now on! The price was good, rooms large, plenty of outlets for charging, good lighting, and good breakfast, 24 hour airport shuttle. Many competitive hotels here have become expensive. Hope HIE keeps the value for the money at this location.

Wonderful hotel. Good location. And real decent price for the quality. The only thing I would change if I could. The bed mattresses. They were not as soft as a hotel of this quality should have been.
Staff was great. Hotel was very clean.
I will stay here again when in the area.

Stayed here on initial flight into the area. Great airport shuttle and wonderful staff! Room was fantastic! The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise with a great selection! On our return back to the area also selected this hotel as our initial stay was the best! Once again the staff was outstanding and breakfast was unbelievable! From our check in to the time of departure is was absolutely the greatest!
