A pleasant experience with good & comfortable facilities & pleasant staff. The location wasn't quite as ideal as expected & it is a little further away from the Metro stop than we were told (and tucked away a bit) but that was the only negative.

This is my second time to Lisbon, I stayed 4 nights in the hotel. Big breakfast in the morning. Good location. Five minutes walk to the Campo Pequeno Metro station even the station is not a big station. Near the Sete Rios auto bus station (can go by Metro or by bus, I go to the Sete Rios by bus, ten minutes only.) Staff are helpful. I love the tea boiler at room so that I can enjoy the hot tea at night. My friend got sick but could easily buy drugs in the nearby pharmacy. In sum, an ideal hotel in Lisbon if u want to stay outside the old town.

Three of us stayed here for 4 nights in order to sightsee around Lisbon. The location is so convenient as the metro stop is close as well as one of the stops for the Hop On- Hop Off tourist bus. Breakfast was somthing to look forward to every morning - the best hotel breakfast I've ever seen - and the service was amazing. I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!

Excellent from start to finish. I was offered an upgrade to a suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room offered everything you would expect from Holiday Inn and would recommend this Hotel to any one visiting Lisbon. Though the Hotel is not in the city centre the local Metro stop is less than 5 mins walk. When next in Lisbon I would certainly use again even if I don't get an upgrade.

Stayed a total of 4 nights, two persons. Excellent reception staff, good to very good value. Clean, quiet rooms that were nicely appointed. Reasonable parking fees if with guest discount.
However, even with moderate outside temperatures, the AC could not keep room comfortable. If staying in the summer, I would definitely look for a room on the north side away from the sun. Even so, had to sleep on top of sheets.

Walking distance to shops and restaurants and train - nice area. Caters to bus tours so mature people in the bar and common areas. I will stay again.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by kbw1812 Delightful with an ayre of quality
We had booked a Breakfast/Wifi/Parking package and arrived very early, before we were meant to book in. So we went for some breakfast and a very helpful chap, his name was 'Dinis' explained what was on offer for breakfast, sorted a quite place to sit, organised a great cup of coffee to some tired travellers. Buy the time we had finished breakfast, got back up to reception we had been upgraded and our room was ready - SUPERB. We had an executive room with good views all round. The hotel itself is quite close to Lisbon's main airport but didn't hear any planes. Again the very helpful reception staff made good choice for a city tour and booked it for us. I had two concerns, one being the internet! Very poor signal and the other was a very hard bed mattress, otherwise I found the length of time we had for parking our car was magnificent. This gave us a chance to a lot of sight seeing and it was very handy having the metro 2mins walk from the Hotel. We got a taxi cab just outside the front of the hotel and it was only 5/6 Euros to the restaurant district of Lisbon. Overall a very delightful stay, given that we have stayed in many Holiday Inn Hotels around the world.
