Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service with amazing staff We were a group of five and stayed at the hotel for 3nights and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Lisbon is beautiful and the staff at this hotel made our stay truly enjoyable. The cleanliness of the place is excellent and the place is central which is convenience. The staff ( Ricardo, Bruno, Sinis and the lady at the reception Monday morning when we were about to check out) were so accomodating and friendly and deserves to be mentioned in this review. They were all so helpful and genuinely nice. The breakfast were good but I would like to suggest if management could offer different variety each day. I would also like to suggest if you could have a shuttle bus service in the future. November 14, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location, low food quality, good stay Stayed at this hotel for my second time on business. Great location for business sector of the city, close to expat friendly amenities as well. Breakfast quality is not so great, though the staff is kind and attentive, save the 8 euros a day and eat out instead. Front desk staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly. Colleague and I arrived from the airport late for a business dinner, they took our bags to my room (he was in another hotel) so that we could grab a taxi and make our dinner. Gift shop could also stock some more useful (travel, business, tech related) items. When I was there I needed chapstick and a mouse for my laptop, but instead I had to leave and hunt around the local area for these items. Overall great location, decent value if your company is paying, avoid the food and make sure to take a cheap cab to the historic Lisbon center for dining experiences. October 29, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Some issues Check in poor, no recognition of elite status. Internet very poor. Manager conveyed in March 2014 that the problem would be resolved, but that does not seem to be the case. Strange that my own Meo operating internet system worked fine. So stay away if you need the internet for business use. Similar to March no coffee or tea provided in the room, had to stop the maid in the corridor on both occasions. Again another euro pinching exercise by the hotel. On a positive note the room was comfortable, clean and spacious. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the personality of the guy working in the bar. Once again if the hotel can get their internet, tea and coffee and their reception right it is a good place to stay October 27, 2014
