Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay but poor internet connection The hotel is in a quite area of Lisbon and within 5min distance to the Metro station. Everything was fine and enjoyable. The biggest problem in the hotel is the outdated internet technology. It is not only very slow but you can't use it in most of the rooms. It is time to get it proper done as Lisbon and this area are full fiber connected. It's a matter of some investments to keep business people like me in that hotel. January 7, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Hotel and Staff Luxurious hotel close to metro, taxi, supermarket, and campo pequeno shopping center with restaurants. Excellent platinum member benefits and we were given a generous room upgrade during Christmas week. The breakfast is wonderful with many varieties of quality food. The bar food is also great: good quality, portions, and price comparable to restaurants nearby. This was our most enjoyable IHG stay for 2013. Thank You! January 1, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and Comfortable bed rooms were very clean, staff were very helpful to your queries and attentive to your request. we had a problem with our a/c and pointed it out to the staff. they took care of it right away but still had problems with the a/c. we were later on transferred to a different room which was a lot better. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location and nice breakfast This is my second time to Lisbon, I stayed 4 nights in the hotel. Big breakfast in the morning. Good location. Five minutes walk to the Campo Pequeno Metro station even the station is not a big station. Near the Sete Rios auto bus station (can go by Metro or by bus, I go to the Sete Rios by bus, ten minutes only.) Staff are helpful. I love the tea boiler at room so that I can enjoy the hot tea at night. My friend got sick but could easily buy drugs in the nearby pharmacy. In sum, an ideal hotel in Lisbon if u want to stay outside the old town. November 18, 2013

The location is so convenient as the metro stop is close as well as one of the stops for the Hop On- Hop Off tourist bus. Breakfast was somthing to look forward to every morning - the best hotel breakfast I've ever seen - and the service was amazing. I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!
