Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Some issues Check in poor, no recognition of elite status. Internet very poor. Manager conveyed in March 2014 that the problem would be resolved, but that does not seem to be the case. Strange that my own Meo operating internet system worked fine. So stay away if you need the internet for business use. Similar to March no coffee or tea provided in the room, had to stop the maid in the corridor on both occasions. Again another euro pinching exercise by the hotel. On a positive note the room was comfortable, clean and spacious. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the personality of the guy working in the bar. Once again if the hotel can get their internet, tea and coffee and their reception right it is a good place to stay October 27, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent hotel, central location, excellent views Was a great stay for 3 nights, rooms are very clean, modern looks and close to metro station Campo Pequeno and numerous bus stands. For water, groceries and dinner, you can go to the large commercial marketplace Campo Pequeno which close to the hotel. It has a large grocery shop and huge food court. October 23, 2014

Excellent staff response when dealing with stolen room card (stolen in Lisbon city - not in the hotel, which felt and was very safe!). Reception staff excellent but sometimes there is too long a wait for service at the front desk. October 10, 2014
