Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful seven days! My wife and i spent seven unforgetable days in Lisbon from 29.4 until 6.5.2013. We were accomodated at Your hotel and the stay was great... Great room, big bed (as we requested), nice food, extremely clean and comfortable. I have already reccomended this hotel to my friends and i hope that we will be back any time soon!!! May 11, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No Air The hotel is pretty conviently located within walking distance of several places to eat. The room was very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have had at any hotel. However, the air conditioning in this room is worthless. It was a beautiful day in Lisboa yet I was on the 9th floor and it was quite humid in the room. I asked for someone to come up and show me how to operate the very odd thermostat as I was sure I was doing it wrong and making the room warm. Finally after asking for a third time a maintenance guy came up and said it was fine. It was not fine. It was hot and sticky in the room. I had also asked for extra towels as I had taken a few showers due to the humidity in the room, but never received them. I asked 3 times!! Still no extra towels. I paid for 24 hours of wifi but only received a few hours. i was told to try the wifi again and if it didn't work then they wouldn't charge me. It never worked again. When I brought my complaints to the front desk they were met with blank stares. Then when I went to checkout I couldn't get a copy of my bill as they were having system issues. This hotel is riddled with system issues. Stay at your own risk! April 30, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Lisbon sleep I have been disapointed on my second leg of my trip in the Holiday Inn Continental Hotel in Lisbon. The room was OK, the WC were OK however the AC system was not very efficiant. The Internet service was down and the business center was available at a charge, which is not acceptable. April 27, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by NOT SATISFIED I had to wait more than 15 minutes to check in at the Platinum desk as both reception personel were busy with a canceled flight guests. No wake up call, when I asked why the reply was "technical problem" although the reception personel said (each / other) the call was not marked in the list. They did not even apologized. As result I had to run to catch my flight and I had no time to check my bill which was charged for internet use although I am Platinum and this service is free of charge. The room was not really clean, spider web on at least two spots and dusty mirron in the toilette. This was my second time at this hotel and I do not believe that I will go there again. March 9, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Would definitely stay again!!! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is always difficult to pick hotels in foreign locations when you have no idea of the surroundings, the proximity to points of interest, etc. This hotel was decently close to what we needed and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. Debora, a staff member during the day shift, was particularly helpful. The rooms were clean, quiet, and decently spacious. The bathrooms were marble and spotless. We felt safe, even at night. We liked it so much that we returned to stay here for 2 more nights prior to our departure. We paid 49-56 Euros per night which I thought was very reasonable. We would most assuredly stay here again!!! March 3, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by hope to come again, soon This was my first time in Lisbon and this is a city I can't forget.. The hotel: is not far from airport and in the same time quite close to the heart of the city, that you can reach by subway (one block away there is the Metro, Campo Paqueno, yellow line, connected with other 3 lines of subway so that it is possible to go almost everywhere) or walking, and discovering some interesting things of this city. The hotel is nice, the rooms are big and clean, the bathroom is beautiful and very clean. The breakfast time was my favorite, because the breakfast here is rich and variuos and the staff is very kind and attentive. Thank you. Grazie. Obrigada January 7, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room and helpful staff We arrived earlier than the allotted check in time and we were given our room immediately. They sent bottled water and chocolate to the room because of our Platinum Priority club status that they must have noticed from our reservation. (We did not mention that to them.) The room was on the 11th floor and was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was very nice although the towels were pretty thin. They provided us with bathrobes. A call to the front desk was very quickly passed over to someone who understood English, which was very nice because our Portuguese is lacking. A cab ride into the center of town was around 5 Euros. All in all a very positive experience! December 11, 2012
