Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Some of us are diabetic I enjoyed the meal and drinks while in the hotel but was disappointed with the dessert menu. As a diabetic, I would expect to find a sugar free/diabetic friendly dessert on the menu. I asked my server if there was a sugar-free dessert available that was perhaps not shown on the menu. I was told that while such a dessert was often requested, the kitchen was not able to provide one. As diabetes is one of the (unfortunately) fastest growing medical ailments in the U.S. and particularly in the south, it would seem that Holiday Inn would step forward and offer some type dessert item for those of us who suffer from diabetes. We may be diabetic but we still spend money and enjoy something sweet to end our meal; just like normal people. July 17, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It's just okay We stayed here one night during a long road trip. Service was decent and they responded quickly when our toilet didn't flush properly. The room cleanliness wasn't terrible but there were big cobwebs on the ceiling in two places. We stayed on the concierge level but since it was Saturday morning, the concierge lounge wasn't open (not unusual) but no one bothered to tell us that the hotel buffet downstairs was free for concierge level rooms! We didn't know until I asked whether platinum members got 10% off the bill. Good think I asked because otherwise it would've been a $26 breakfast! I wasn't overly impressed with the hotel but it wasn't the worst I've stayed in. Probably won't be stopping here again. July 16, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Overbooked hotel and poor service We got into Little Rock late that evening to found out that our confirmation number for 2 rooms was meaningless and that we had no rooms. Apparently the hotel was overbooked and our rooms were given to someone else. The front desk employee informed us that we would need to go to a different hotel but "don't worry because we will comp your rooms." I asked to speak to a manager and asked if there were any handicap rooms they could release, We had 2 rooms booked, but she finally agreed to put us in a suite with one bed and a fold out bed. Not a good experiencing and I would not stay at that Hotel again. July 14, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bathroom was not clean and restocked No toliet paper on the roll, half empty bottles of shampoo and conditioner, bathroom not clean. Had to have a no entry to room due to theft from prior viist. had to stat there do to a conference. July 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceeded My Expectations It's been years since I lodged at a Holiday Inn and was quite impressed by this location. I selected the hotel becuase of proximity to the airport and was pleasantly surprised by the professional courtesy of the front desk staff, the size of the room and the overall cleanliness. It was also nice to have a third party restaurant onsite instead of the typical "hotel restaurant". This is definitely a location that compares well to other brands and the Holiday Inn is on my list to consider for future travel to other cities. July 1, 2014
