Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel experience My only negative aspect was that the front desk told me I paid too much at check in, but that they could not adjust my rate...why tell me then? They did not tell me about the managers reception or any amenities at the hotel. They were friendly, but did not provide any information. Everyone in our group had issue connecting to the internet. My issue was resolved after 2 days. overall the hotel and staff were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel!!! April 21, 2015

I stayed as a guest for another conference and when it was time for our company to schedule a conference in Little Rock, I told them the only place to have it was at HI @ LIT airport - food, service, space, staff, all were excellent. Employees take pride in their positions and ensure guest is happy and comfortable. One employee (Kim) even stopped to greet each of her fellow employees in the morning with a cheerful hello, sincere How are you? and a make it a great day! This is commendable team spirit! Mary at the front desk has the peace and calm to quiet any storm. Ray, Mr. Delvin and all others great to work with. And for southerners ... Great Sweet Tea! April 20, 2015

Across from Little Rock Airport and had no noise from airplanes. Would stay there again. Restaurant attached to hotel - Boston's had great food and staff was very friendly. April 16, 2015
