I am a professional pilot. When I land at Little Rock and will be spending the night, the first place I call is the Holiday Inn Airport. It is close to the airport, they give me great service and it has everything I need for the night right there so I don't have to rent a car. The Boston's restaurant always has great food and the employees of the Inn take good care of me. It's like coming home to a friends house!

This was a repeat visit from several months ago. I stayed again because of location and food availability. The hotel has a very nice front desk staff. A friendly visit.

Hotel was a good value for the area. We could access the airport and the main travel routes easily. The food was good and the room was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

The beds were super comfortable which is a positive. On the down side, the hotel pipes in music that plays in the common area so if you have a room in that vicinity and go to bed early make sure you bring ear plugs. Be aware, that this facility does not have a refrigerator or microwave available to their guest which was a major inconvenience. Also, although Kerigs are nice in the home not real big on it being located in a hotel room, mine dispersed grit which wasn't appealing.

Stayed at the Little Rock-Airport-Conf Ctr March 5-7 2015 during one of the worst winter storms to hit Little Rock in years. Was part of a high school robotics team and parents attending a competition in Little Rock.
Krista went above and beyond to make sure that our group was well taken care of. She contacted our trip organizer several times to give us information on travel safety and check on arrival. Rooms were comfortable, property is well kept. Plenty of hot water in the morning. The hot breakfast is above average and plenty of room for a large group of kids so we didn't interfere too much with the other guests. Cannot say enough good things about Krista and the work she did to make our stay a good experience!
Very glad to have a restaurant on property and based on what we heard from other folks at the competition we were quite lucky to actually get food. (Those staying at other hotels in the city were unable to get food during their stay because of the weather event.) However, the restaurant was the weak part of our stay. With at least one group of 50+ people, a packed house with folks who could not go anywhere due to weather, and everyone from the adjacent Holiday Inn Express we found it odd that the restaurant closed early on Wed and Thurs. (Would have been a great chance for staff to earn some great tips!)
Then on Friday things were pretty much back to normal, the restaurant was back to serving a full menu and still had a fairly captive audience of patrons. However, there was only one bartender for the entire bar and restaurant and he was also expediting food orders. Kitchen took hours to serve food and some never got their orders. It also took an hour-plus for one member of our group to get her check. Will give some slack for Wed and Thurs nights, but Friday night's service was poorly managed - the staff were doing everything they could to keep up and did not lose their cool (which I'm sure was tough).
Again, thanks to Krista and her attentiveness. Will recommend to others travelling to Little Rock.

The best value out there. From the moment you enter updated mid century modern lobby till the time you turn out the lights at night, you will be treated well by a warm friendly professional staff, a clean well appointed room and while I did not have any problems there, I feel sure that if you do, they will take care to it. I don't have dogs and don't personally want to be in a room where dogs are or have been, but we were traveling with my daughter who has dogs and the hotel accommodated them and when I booked, the lady on the phone even asked me if there was anything we would like for the dogs. I believe the keep a block of rooms just for dogs and dog owners so if you are like me and don't travel or want dogs, you can ask for a room which is not used for dogs.
