Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poorly qualified staff The air went out in room about 10:00 called down to desk serviceman came up and reset system, said line was freezing. Even after asking if it would fine through the night, I was told yes and if not they would move us. At 1:00 in morning the air quit working, called front desk one person working, no maintenance crew, no record that I had called earlier. Front desk worker was unqualified to handle the situation. She did not know how to work computer system to move us rooms, she didn't know who to call for assistance, didn't offer to help find us another room at the holiday inn express next door. Being so late and in unsafe part of town, we suffered through the night in 80 degree room. Next morning the manager apologized but only offered a small discount on the room. Wasn't looking for it to be free but at least half off for the trouble and lack of sleep. October 21, 2013

Had to change rooms due to water leak on my last night there and at no fault of theirs... The vending machines did not work properly and the staff knew it. They even warned me about it. The manager of the property should had the vendor get them working or replace the machines and or the vendor. September 3, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Comfortable bed The room was extremely clean and well appointed. We did have an air conditioner that didn't cool properly and made sleeping difficult. The coffee pot was inoperable. The elevator was broken and I had 37 steps to climb to get to my room. Service tech had been called but the next morning I went to the elevator & the sign still said it was inoperable. After trekking down to the lobby to find coffee and speak with the staff I found out the elevator was working but someone had failed to remove the sign. My only concern was for my husband who is handicapped. We took an elevator 1/2 way and then had to climb steps the rest of the way. It was slow and difficult for him. The staff was taking action to correct the problems we encountered and were very helpful. September 3, 2013

There's a Kuerig coffee maker in the bathroom, and that's a great treat! Wonderful full breakfast includes coffee, but there's a charge for OJ. Boston's Resturant in hotel, which is great since we drove 8 hours and didn't want to drive again. August 27, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst stay at a Holiday Inn I had to change rooms twice. First room rug was soaked and phone didn't work, had to walk to front desk to tell them. Second room I was awoken at midnite by a load beeping sound, called the front desk and told them about it, they tried to fix it but did not have any replacement batteries for the smoke detector. I had to pack up and change rooms again. Final room, I fell asleep to the faint beeping of the smoke detector. Back again 2 days later, asked the clerk for a nice room and told him about my experience, he said he would hook me up. Got in the room and noticed the bathroom light on, went to shut it off and noticed someone had started repairing the towel holder and never finished the job. The pieces of the towel holder and the towels were sitting on the counter. What a sad place to stay. July 12, 2013

Had to carry all bags, computer, etc down stairs and required three trips since had items for meeting. Had suit and AC in hallway was not working. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the room worked. One thing that really impressed me was that when I turned all the lights off, the room was totally dark. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Surprisingly bad I've stayed here many times, but at not sure I will again. Went to the restaurant bar - sat there 10 minutes waiting for service. None came. Called at 10:30 pm for a wake-up call. The front desk guy answered and said he didn't understand what I what I asking for. He hung up on me. I called back to the front desk 3 times. It went to voice mail - 3 times. Workers outside most every door of the hotel smoking - right at the door. Very unpleasant. June 4, 2013

I've stayed here several times over the past few years, as this hotel offers everything I need. I am a gold Intercontinental Ambassador member and have chosen this hotel for the service. The rooms are always clean, the food is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful! I would like to thank, Jason (who checked me in at the front desk) for providing me with a quiet room during my stay last week! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by close to airport We stayed one night so we could be close to the airport and use the park & ride shuttle. The room itself was very clean and nice. Great coffee maker. The shuttle driver to the airport was very friendly even at dark o'clock in the morning. The only problem with the stay was the party going on somewhere in the atrium. I'm not sure if it was a conference group or if it was from the bar area, but the party was loud. At about 10:00 when I figured they would tone it down, the music actually cranked up louder. It didn't go off until about 11. Not good for having to be out the door around 5 for our flight. April 26, 2013

Good value for us, but it was raining and when we asked where to go to park the car and unload the luggage, the front desk person barely looked up at us and just gave us a motion with her hand, like some how we were supposed to know where to go.. It was a little disappointing not to get better service than that when we paid for this option and it was more expensive than just a regular room. April 24, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Suite Not Ready Accessible suite 433, which had been specifically reserved, was not ready. The front desk attendant tried to put is in 633. When I stated that we needed 433 since it is the only accessible suite, he told me that it had not been cleaned. It had been reserved for "interviews" by Sales and Marketing and had not been cleaned for some reason. Unbelievable!!! Long story, short version - we waited while the suite was cleaned. They stuck us in another room to wait. I am sure they did not want disgruntled guests milling about the lobby. We were tired, hungry, and disgusted by the time we finally got into the suite we had reserved. Nobody called us in the holding room, so I eventually returned to the lobby to expedite matters. I don't know if they would have ever called us if I had not returned to the lobby. This was more than an inconvenience. There are medical issues involved. The remedial action by Natialie was to provide us with discount coupons for breakfast!! You must be kidding. April 19, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great amenities, poor attention to details I wound up with one of the four large, two-story suites, which were outfitted nicely in a modern/retro decor, and had all the amenities you would expect from the nicest rooms in the hotel. They also offer free shuttle service to and from the downtown entertainment district. However, it was the little things that wound up not making my stay truly great: the AC in the bedroom level did not cool, and instead kept the room at around 75 degrees, and the door to the master bathroom was not even installed correctly enough to latch when you closed it. There was literally a 2" gap between the door and the jam on the latch side, so the latch had absolutely nothing to engage when you closed it. Obviously, considering it was my significant other staying with me this did not really mean the end of the world, but it still points out that the attention to detail simply was not kept up here. If it wasn't for the AC in the lower level cranking all night, I don't even want to guess what the temperature would have been in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable, though. Oh, and standard cable on an HD TV? Really? How much more could it cost to get HD service for the hotel? Other than that, the service was great, I was only there for one night, otherwise I would have probably been a little angrier, but overall it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient, slightly more upscale hotel near the airport without having to stay downtown. April 18, 2013
