Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Desk Chairs need to be replaced I have stayed here in the past and will be back. This past trip the desk chair was so incredible uncomfortable to the point where I felt it was broken. It was hard as a rock and always leaned forward. When I called the front desk about it I was told that there was no one on duty which could assist me. A very unusual response, especially at this hotel since they aim high to please their guests. This is a great place to stay while on vacation or passing through. If you are a business traveller you may want to re-think. August 25, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and staff Very friendly service and staff at the front desk and the restaurant/bar area. Rooms were very clean and made up nicely. The breakfast was really good and had a wide variety of drinks to choose from. The only flaw with me was the bathroom was a bit on the small side not much room in there. Other than that I had a great stay at the hotel and plan to return. August 20, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Check in problems and Heat & Air problems First set of keys did not work. Entered with new keys. TV did not produce picture. House phone not connected to a line. Had to call front desk with cell phone. House employee could not get TV to work. Changed rooms. Thermostat on room 210 AC & heat did not produce any function when turned to the lowest setting on either heat or AC - got clicking until I turned it up to higher setting. August 16, 2014

What really made my stay was that the clerk (on check in) asked whether I was attending the James Taylor concert - which I hadn't known about. He helped me get tickets and the courtesy van dropped me off at the concert. I was very impressed. The hotel was great value for money August 16, 2014
