Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing Marathon Experience I emailed a note already but wanted to say again thank you to the staff at this hotel for an amazing stay. We came in late from OKC in bad weather and they made the check in quick and easy. When we finished the race we finally got back to the hotel after the late check out and they let us use our room to clean up and get warmed up and prepped for the drive back to OKC without charging us an extra night. They even gave us some food to help us recover from that race. It just made all the difference. I will be coming back to this race and will never stay at any other hotel than this one whenever I visit Little Rock. Thank you! March 4, 2015

Aaron made a point of ensuring that I was taken care of and happy with my stay. Interestingly the community was very supportive of the Marathon as was the Holiday Inn Presidential. I will return to Little Rock and I will stay at the Holiday Inn Presidential! Great job! March 4, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable beds and pillows Spent one night recently at this location. It was a last minute decision. Very centrally located to downtown yet not so close to be disturbed at night time. Room was clean, nice, and current. Beds were very comfortable and I just sank in the soft pillows. I was a little nervous about the neighborhood but hotel offers a parking garage and security cameras all around. I would stay here again if it wasn't for the fact there is no free breakfast. Hotel resturant was nice but not my cup of tea. March 4, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by No complaints We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean in both smell and appearance, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The desk staff was accommodating to our request for late checkout due to the marathon in which we were participating. The only complaint I have is that there is no hot breakfast offered. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Full of Presidential Promises Asked front desk about the breakfast buffet and was told yes they would have it the following morning but they did not know the price. Called down to room service/restaurant to inquire about the price of the breakfast buffet and was told they did not know but would find out and call my room back. I'm still waiting for that call and the next morning after getting up an hour early to go down and have the buffet I was told they did not have it that day. Yep it's all about the Presidential Promises we have been getting for years and years. February 24, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Bad Front Desk Experience I arrived and waited an eternity to have the front desk person to show. After possibly 20 minutes of waiting (this was late at night), she took about two minutes to process me, but forgot to ask whether I wanted 500 points or water and cookies, - which is what I am normally asked as a Platinum Member.
