Service in the dining room was terrible. First night for dinner was 2.25 hours. Second night we ordered two child Mac, shrimp cocktail, onion soup and two salads. Still took almost 2.25 hours.
Bathrooms are very small.

Our overall experience was very good. The only negative experience was the pool. We were down at the pool on Saturday early evening and after about 45 minutes to an hour later, a staff member came in and asked us to leave. She didn't ask everybody only a few. I understand you were at capacity because of the dance competition but we had every right to use the pool for as long as we wanted. This was extremely rude on the part of your staff and next year I will consider staying elsewhere.

The Hotel is disgusting and dirty. It smells like a nursing home. The configuration of the tiny bathroom is awful. The heating system is poor and noisy. The walls are paper thin. This place is not worth a penny!!!!

Our stay was a mini "vacation" as were were unable to take our usual Florida holiday. What an enjoyable and relaxing time we had. The staff was very accommodating, professional and polite. We are Priority Club members and the coupons we were presented with upon check-in were a surprise and great incentive to enjoy the hotel restaurant. We had our grandson stay with us. "Kids Eat For Free" is an awesome deal and he enjoyed the meals, as well as the heated pool. Our request for a room close to the elevator due to health issues was no problem. Rooms were spot on clean as was the hotel and grounds. It was nice to be pampered and will be back. Thank you to all the staff.

After an 11 hr. travel day, the Holiday Inn was just the perfect place for obtaining a good night's rest (excellent mattress), hot shower,and food from the in-house restaurant enabling us to complete our second day of travel. We always enjoy our stay at the Holiday Inn.

The Bathroom is extremly small. The Clean Towels are located adjacent to the Toilet. I did request a room with a larger Bathroom the last two times I stayed at this location. The first request was not mentioned, with the second I was told that all the rooms are the same.

This was our second time staying at this Hotel and we absolutley love everything about it. When you walk in your are welcomed by very nice staff - the Front Desk Person actually remembered me from my first stay! How sweet! We both agreed that the beds at this hotel are the most comfortable we have every slept in and the pillows are amazing! We haven't had a chance to eat in the restaurant yet but the breakfast always smells amazing! We plan to stay there every time we visit our daughter!

I liked the location and amenities of this property, but my stay was tarnished a bit by inconsistent internet service. I could only seem to maintain a connection outside of my room, even after trying 2 devices. As a business traveler having reliable internet is critical.

Hotel was excellent, less than 10 min from Syracuse airport with free shuttle 24 hours / day, quick response as well. Parking up to 3 wks for no additional charge. Tim Hortons was just down the street a few blocks. Easy access on / off I-81. Would definitely stay here again - very friendly staff also.

Always enjoy our stay here, the rooms are clean & comfortable.
The staff at the desk is very co-operative and helpful.One must not forget the driver of the Shuttle. He lifts the heavy luggage with a smile and never seems to complains no matter the hour, a real asset to your staff.
We will be back.

People and furnishings very good. But I have stayed there twice for several days at a time and both times we had to move if you wanted to use the Internet. This time I had to sit in the hallway to get a working signal most of the time, so I won't recommend this place to stay if you need the Internet.

Happy to use the Park n' Fly package.....but when the front desk clerk called up to the room to advise the shuttle had arrived, he said to hurry as there were other people waiting.
We rushed down to find that there were no other people and never was. The driver said we were the only ones traveling at that time.......I found that to be pretty sneaky of the front desk clerk....especially at 5am!

I stay in many Holiday Inns and Holiday Inn Express hotels, and have certain expectations with the hotel brand. While most expectations were met, the dining room food and service quality was sub-par. Even after I sent my order back to have my mashed potatoes reheated, they were not returned as hot. And my steak just became colder. The waiter seemed to be unattentive, slow, and never around when needed. This was all during a very slow time of operation, way past the dinner rush. It turned from tolerable to a large dissatisfaction, as the low quality service was sustained during the entire meal. Even getting the check was a slow process, as Mr. Not-to-be-Found was inaccessible.
Regarding the room, the bathroom was way too small. The toilet was crammed in at a 45 degree angle, just missing the door as it opens. Virtually no counter space for toiletries, etc. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. However, the dining room experience was so bad that I will not stay here again.

Very nice accommodations. The lounge could use a makeover.
For such a large hotel the lounge was minimal; expand it--more variety, more choices.

I would have rated this higher if I had known ahead of time the number of teens that we're going to be staying at hotel. It was a bit noisy necktie door to me on Saturday evening. Rest of visit was fine.

Hotel was nice: safe, clean and appeared fairly new. Toilet piping leaked on the floor a bit, but that's a minor maintenance issue. Conveniently located to Clay and the downtown area. I'd stay there again when visiting Syracuse. Didn't eat in the restaurant.

Water was BLACK!!!! After letting it run for 15 minutes it was no longer black but a light brown. Never did get clear enough to dare to shower! Also room was shabby. Was very, very disappointed. Stayed last year and had a great room and no problems. Will probably stay somewhere else next time.

I travel all over the country and I stay for about three plus months a year total time in the Hotels from Holiday due to there rewards program. So it is a big deal if I am taking time out to tell you this was one of the worst Holidays inn I have ever stayed in.

There are just a few concerns I have with this hotel. The food that was served for lunches and dinners were good and I would eat them again. The breakfast food that was served really needed more of a variety. The SAME food all 3 days at breakfast, help the conference planners out by offering some other low cost alternatives. I was disappointed that there was bread but couldn't toast it. No fresh fruit accept what was cut. Although the bottled soda was nice, I would have liked to see more bottled water. We're not teenagers attending these conferences, provide us adult with some real options. After all the fund the hotel put into renovating the rooms the hotel could have at least made the bathrooms bigger. No one I know wants the sink in their lap while sitting on the toilet. Make some business propositions to some restaurants to build closer to you, having a taco bell/KFC across the street is not a very good option especially if you're vegetarian/vegan/kosker/gluten free.
