Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great service room should have been cleaner the service was great ( front desk guy Jo, especially!) but the room was clearly cleaned in a hurry right before we checked in. when i was making reservations i was told they had the room i wanted by the pool available and then as i was paying said they didnt have it anymore the only reason i stayed was to have a fun night swimming with my children, i stay at this hotel often and was a bit disappointed this time around. i will continue to use this holiday inn ! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Stay The biggest strike against this hotel is the condition of the parking lot. The hotel interior is nicely maintained and up to date, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast was very good. There are a lot of shopping and eating options in this area as well. If I'm back in the area, I'll gladly stay here again. April 18, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not Good I stayed here three weeks for work. The staff was nice and breakfast was good. Besides that I cant think of anything else good to say. As some other reviews have said, the place really shows its age. You don't notice it as much out in the lobby area, but I definitely could see it in the room. The hotel had a run down feel to it. I stopped watching tv after the first couple of days due to how bad the tv package is in the hotel. Luckily I brought my laptop and watched what I wanted through that. What tv stations a hotel has isn't really a factor in booking a hotel room, but it just added to the run down feeling of the hotel. I had a small refrigerator in my room that either froze everything or wasn't cold enough if I tried to adjust the temperature. The worst part for me was the pool and recreation area. I worked mostly nights while I was in town and would get back late at night only to be woken up at 8am some days by screaming kids in the pool. Unfortunately many of the rooms are next to the pool area and one side of the room is just a glass window overlooking this area so if you need to sleep this is not the hotel to stay at, especially on weekends.
