Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great stay Great Stay and great price for Valentine's Day. Staff was very friendly. There was a mix up in whom should have been in the adjoining room. They apologized at check out, but nothing else was done. It was stated on my reservation and the person that was checking people in did not pay attention and put someone else in that room. That spoiled that plans that me and my sister had for our husband's Valentine night treat. :( . Also housekeeping need to check underneath the beds when they are cleaning becaus there was agolf ball and plastice container underneath one of the beds in room 258 .Other than the room mix up and items underneath the bed, it was a GREAT STAY! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Parking lot Huge pot-holes in parking lot that will damage car tires unless repaired. Stayed at the hotel about one year ago almost to the week and the same pot-holes where there then. Ended up entering the parking area via the "exit" to avoid the pot-holes February 16, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good value Upon arrival, we were informed that the pool side rooms were overbooked and that we would be upgraded to a 2 room suite. This worked out very well for us as we were still able to overlook the pool from our room. My only complaint about our stay was the slow WI-FI and the lack of a complimentary continental breakfast. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay. February 6, 2015
