Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by bad experence When I made the reservations, I requested 2 queen beds since there were 3 of us and asked for a room on the 1st floor since my wife just had major back surgery and was still recuperating. when we got there, I was given a room on the 2nd floor and there was only one bed. they did change the room to two beds again on the 2nd floor but the beds were double beds. I am a big man and neither my wife or I slept well at all because the bed was to small for the two of us. very disappointed there was not a restaurant there and the breakfast was horrible.we had to ask for coffee because it was always empty and the milk was warm. I understand the inn was being renovated but the halls were filthy with dust everywhere. the entryway to the elevators was blocked by several trash bags that had to be removed so we could use the elevator. on the stairs, there were buckets of water and debree so it was hard to get up or down the stairs. our room had only two towels for the 3 of us and they felt like straw. we were ther on business and tried to use our computer and kept losing the connection. the tv also kept going off. I did find out later that it was Time Warner doing wotk there also.I'm not sure if the service is always like that or if this was so bad because of the renovations taking place. one more thing. My wife spoke to a woman there with small children and one of the children was crying because there were bugs in thier room. she went to the desk and asked to be moved because her child was very upset over the bugs and was told they would send someone to spray her room but would not move there. thats terrible. thank you for listening to me vent but I had to send this review since my wife was so very upset. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Needs work Checking in was ok, but not recognized as a priority club member. I know they are in the process of remodeling, however everything is old and dated. The lack of a lounge and resturant was very surprising. Breakfast was not good. In all a very disapointing stay. I would not recomment this hotel. Not up to Holiday Inn standards. April 28, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Run down and depressing Was not recognized for Priority membership--not a big deal. Had to switch rooms since the original room did not have shade blinders and had a lamp post directly outside. The walls were so thin I could hear a phone conversation (at a normal voice) through my wall from the room next to mine. I did not have shampoo for the first night (Conditioner, lotion, and mouthwash were there). The towels felt like floor towels they were so rough and thin. The worst overall was the breakfast which was incredibly burnt omelets with cheese-wiz inside. The milk (from a plastic container) was room temperature and the coffee was brown colored water. Was unable to take a picture because the "chef" was standing next to the service table when I went for food. April 22, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by poor clean up As I described at check out - there was left over trash in bathroom trash can when I arrived There was left over soap still in drain in bath tub The toilet seat could not be maintained in open position since counter top was out too far When I arrived I was the only car in parking lot - so "being too busy "is not an excuse April 18, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Many Holiday Inns I frequent have a free breakfast. I had breakfast and paid $5.95 + tax for the same thing I received for free at my stay at the previous H.I. All items were not hot, not even warm, but cold. I did leave a tip but really should not have due to the person tending the food evidently was not doing his job. I will still stay at this hotel in the future. I will just stay completely away from any food served here. STRIKE ONE! January 12, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bar manager The bar manager went out of his way to help us relax . He was very limited with what he had to work with in a slow time and was excellent in getting us food and plenty of it ! We wre his only customers at the time and he was very personable. November 24, 2012
