Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Small room Expect that all of the rooms at this hotel will be tiny. So if you are use to how Americans have large rooms, with to much space that is not used, you will not get it from this hotel. Also, I would recommend that you bring a electrical strip, so you can charge multiple things. There is only one spot in the entire room that you can plug into and its at the desk,. It only had 2 plugs and would not work for someone who has multiple things to charge, so bring a strip. The rooms were comfortable and easy to sleep in. I didn't deal with much noise from the hotel, just a little street noise during the day. March 3, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Two Day Business Trip I arrived mid morning and expected just to store my bag and then find a place to work, but I was immediately allocated a room, recognised as Priority Club Elite Member and upgraded to an Executive room which was on a corner plot and very quiet. I noticed the room was not heating up and reported the cold radiator to Reception before leaving for my meeting. When I returned I found an electric oil filled radiator in the room and it was lovely warm and toasty! What Service, dealt with immediately. I stay regularly at the Hotel and always find staff very helpful and friendly. I really can't fault them at all. I felt very well looked after this trip and would highly recommend this hotel! I made a late check in, and request a very silent room, and I got what I asked for, really a comfortable bed, and a silent area. perfect rest time. I was in a travel work, and I really needed so. The breakfast very good, I need to point out it is the first time I had smoothie in the breakfast buffet, and really good. March 3, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excellent location We stayed 5 nights in a very comfortable room on the first floor. Downside was the room was on the first floor and susceptible to the traffic noises from the busy street below. However not a big minus as the room was large and comfortable, the shower wonderful with great pressure and the staff very friendly and efficient. The location was ideal to public transport and shops for the basics. We would book again for this hotel when in London. March 2, 2015

The rooms are clean, and the beds comfortable. This is the second time I have stayed here and would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a hotel in central London. February 26, 2015
