Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Didn't like it. This is my fourth (and last) stay in one month, and I have to admit I did not enjoy it. The front office seemed to be in a state of chaos, and was trying to put the guests in rooms as quickly as possible, without greeting them in the standard IHG way, or recognising our membership. I was particularly annoyed when they sent the food up to my room without a receipt ! I went in the next morning, and asked for it at the reception, however none of the staff knew how to find it ! They called someone from the kitchen area, who seemed to be more experienced, and showed them how to find it....this took almost 30 minutes. It's a hit and miss with this hotel unfortunately. My first two stays here were incredible, not sure what happened after ?! December 13, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not Impressed. This was my third visit in one month, and I was quite dissatisfied of my experience unlike the first two stays. I arrived just before midnight, and the hotel seemed to be very busy. It took almost 15 minutes to check-in, and after I was allocated a room I discovered that it was extremely small where there's barely any space between the bed and the desk infront of it, and the barriers of the bed had 10cm between each wall ! I immediately phoned the reception and asked for a room change, which they asked me to come down and collect another key (not fancying the run between rooms at midnight, I just want to get some sleep after a long flight!) Finally I got the keys to the room, however it was one of the un-refurbished ones close to the elevator, and in the morning you can hear the loud voices of airplanes taking off and landing, and people coming in/out of the elevator, which was unpleasant. When I ordered room service they also missed my drink, and had to go over and bring it after 10 minutes. Also, did not get a free KitKat in my room ! I guess your stay will depend on what shift is in attendance ! I had no problem when I arrived before 6:00 pm. December 13, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Close to Heathrow Airport If you are flying in or out of Heathrow this hotel will be fine place to stay. The rooms do not set the world on fire but if you are not staying long or you are only going to use the room to sleep in then this hotel is fine. December 12, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Handy airport hotel Overall this hotel was grand. Friendly effecient staff. Room was fairly small but typical of London space. I had assumed the airport suttle would be complimentary but cost £5 one way, which is not unreasonable, but was unexpected. Plus at 11pm, the 25min wait for the bus felt long while I was eager for sleep. December 12, 2014
