Good staff attitued right from the check in till the check out. A pleasure to stay there and i will go back again if the oppotunity presents its self.

Very efficient and well trained staff who are an asset to the IHG brand. Executive rooms are well thought out and of a reasonable size.

We had a good, restful stay. The shower was especially good - great water pressure and nice and hot. Dinner was also very good.

The room was small as are most UK hotel rooms, but very clean , updated and functional. The staff was welcoming and most helpful with details on getting to the airport etc. I would definitely use this hotel again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Most of my stay here is good but if you are unfortunate enought to get a double room in the inside atrium, they are very small. The rooms are really single. They cram a double bed into the room so there is no space for your suitcase or to move around!

Instructions on how to get to the hotel by train were misleading. It said you could get off at Hatton Cross or Terminals 1, 2 and 3, but the instructions were actually only from the Terminals stop on the Underground. Fortunately we got advice from a taxi driver on how to get to the hotel. We had to get a bus, which was free, and the hotel seemed a very long way away from Hattan Cross station. On arrival check in was quick, but the room was a little disappointing because it was so very small. Double bed seemed very small too. However we did sleep OK. We were going to use the shuttle bus to get to Terminal 3 the next morning at £4.50 each, but were advised to get a taxi, by the hotel staff, which would cost £10. This did prove to be the best move but was quite expensive when adding in the cost of the hotel plus travel to get there too. I would still recommend it for relative convenience but it's worth knowing what the actual costs are.

First time staying at this hotel, the staff were extremely helpful, the food and snacks laid on for the coarse were enough to keep you going, The bed and room were always clean and tidy and able to relax in.

Overall good but if you get a room in the inner atrium, the rooms are tiny. They are single rooms, not double so you have no space to put your suitcase or change. The double bed takes up all the room.
