Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by London Heathrow Business This hotel has a great staff and great rest and breakfast. The entrance is not exciting and the lobby is small and uninviting. The room and staff make up for this and transportation is easy and quick. I would stay here again if on business. December 15, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No hot water I booked this hotel for myself and two work colleagues to be convenient for early flights on the following morning. However, the following morning there was no hot water for a shower and there was a subtle smokey smell to the room. I ask if there was an issue with the hot water on checking out (perhaps due to it being 5am), but this was met with a 'no, everything is fine' without any actual apparent checking. On a lesser note the rooms and hotel in general is very dated. I've had good experiences at a lot of other IHG hotels, but this one was poor and will be avoided. December 9, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect Location when leaving Heathrow Airport! GOOD LOCATION. GOOD CLEAN ROOMS. GOOD FOOD. RELAX BEFORE YOU LEAVE LONDON. When departing London Heathrow airport in the morning or around lunch time I recommend staying at the airport the night before. Why? Reduce stress! Only do this if you want a less stressful departure from London by staying at the Holiday Inn (Bath Row), Heathrow. Why? 5 minutes by taxi to & from the terminals. Getting from inner city London to Heathrow in the morning can be very, very stressful regardless of the means of transport. Taxi can be a nightmare depending on traffic. Train is fine but it can be stressful. Heathrow Express or Heathrow Connect (save 50% cost of ticket) from Paddington Station is an excellent service to and from Heathrow Airport but getting up at 5am on the day you leave London to catch the train can make for a stressful day and a "lost" relaxing night before you travel. Taxi (or limo) to and from the Holiday Inn costs about AUD$20 and is good value for money and a great time-saver. The taxi will drop you exactly at your departure terminal & check-in. This will save you a lot of time, walking & stress particularly if you have a lot of luggage. SUMMARY - Good, clean, business level hotel. Good food, good staff, good bar, easy to relax. Large rooms (in comparison to normal London motel). Strongly recommend. December 9, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service, clean room, attentive staff All in all, a very nice stay. The staff were excellent and the room was spacious and clean. The only negative thing about my stay was the quality of the food. Since my stay was only 1 night, all of my meals came from room service. My dinner was "okay" but not especially good but the quality of my breakfast was poor. It arrived 15 minute earlier than I ordered and it was very cold and extremely bland. I was running late so I didn't have an opportunity to send it back so I just left it uneaten. December 8, 2014
