Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A wonderful and efficient staff The staff from the front desk to the manager made every attempt to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed the amenities very much from the swimming pool to the dining. The manager was kind enough to honor a discount in our dining, even though I was unable to show him my voucher. I was able to utilize a hotel computer to check emails, we were able to promptly print out our airline boarding passes and they were able to call us a taxi for the airport without any problems. Everyone was very friendly, kind and helpful. Even though it was just for one night, it was quite pleasant and enjoyable. March 30, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Start your holiday in comfort & great service Park & Fly, 3rd stay for the last 3 main holidays over 3 years and each time the hotel has received us, checked us in efficiently and with a friendly manner. Car parking on-site is spacious and always been plenty of spaces. Room and facilities very well presented and staff equally efficient and friendly. Check out continues the theme, as did the car pick up on return. For a major airport hotel the service is impressively efficient and friendly despite many guests most likely like ourselves only there for 1 night.... Very few hotels at airports offer such experiences. Looking forward to our next visit and perfect start too another holiday March 26, 2014

What does annoy me about this hotel is that they continue to charge for Internet access! !!! Plus on my latest stay they charged me £12 to park my car overnight. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Will be coming back From the moment we entered the lobby the staff made us all from our youngest grandson to myself very welcome. My room was not quite ready so we were all given complimentary drinks and the staff in the bar were very helpful. Once our room was available we were shown to them. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. We then all went for a swim in the pool which again was lovely and clean, including the changing rooms. We all then eat in the restaurant and here the staff were very attentive and made a huge fuss of all off our grandchildren especially the 2 whose birthdays it was, and we were allowed to bring our own birthday cakes which the restaurant allowed us to have brought to our table after the superb meal we all eat. On returning to our rooms the hotel had delivered 2 small cakes and Birthday cards for the 2 grandchildren which again made them feel very special. We will most certainly be back and staying in the Crowne Plaza Hotel and we have recommended this hotel already to family and friends. Once again thank you Crowne Plaza for making our birthday treat to Legoland a weekend to remember. March 19, 2014

The rooms are light and airy with a patio door that opens about 4 inches to let some fresh air into the room. Beds and bedding are very cosy. Lovely breakfast, we had to eat in the bar as it was busy but we got a lovely Starbucks as that is where the machine is situated. Will definitely be staying at this location again. March 19, 2014

I had the usual superbly comfortable stay, was able to get a bus into Terminal 5 in the morning, then collect my car two days later. Staff were fantastic - welcoming, hospitable, nothing too much trouble, especially the duty manager who checked me in. Breakfast was, as ever, superb with a great selection of foods, hot and cold, and welcoming, friendly and efficient breakfast staff. All of my particular requests had been taken care of in advance, and the room was exactly as I had requested. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A proper hotel not just an 'airport hotel'. The hotel does not look very special from the outside with dated red brick. But when you step inside you are greeting by gorgeous white sparkling marble and pleasant staff. The hotel has plenty of options for food and a wonderfully large indoor swimming pool spa. The rooms are nice and large especially for England, the walls were thick and quiet which means a lot to me as a light sleeper. The TV had plenty of channels and the free Galaxy Hot Chocolate was a bonus. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a huge bathtub. The shower was also strong and consistent. There's 3 restaurants to choose from with a Starbucks restaurant open all day and night with good food and beer. It was good quality food but not cheap. The Irish pub opens at 6pm and was packed. There's also an Indian restaurant with an impressive menu. We ate in the cafe for lunch (gourmet burgers and thick chips) and at the bistro restaurant for dinner. For dinner I had the Dover Lemon Sole which was scrumptious and that's coming for a person that grew up in a fishing village in Devon. I would stay here again without doubt. It was nice for my 3 year old son who could eat dinner for free and my wife loved the hotel. I was even given a free beer upon check-in due to being a card member. March 7, 2014

It was immaculately clean, bedding was crisp and comfortable, plenty of towels and lovely White Company toiletries. The staff were extremely friendly and professional providing an excellent customer experience. We had a problem with our TV and the maintenance man was there in minutes. The Club lounge was a lovely place to relax and the range of drinks and nibbles available was surprisingly generous. Dinner at Orwells was incredible and the service second-to-none. We had prawns, sea bass and the tastiest fried courgettes. All tasted fresh and delicious and very generous portions too. The health club was a lovely place to relax, clean and again friendly staff. We didn't use the gym but it looked like there was plenty there if you wanted to have a work-out. We would defintiely book to come again and would highly recommend to others. March 7, 2014

Platinum Ambassador and we usually book a club room but this time stayed overnight with three grandchildren in a double double. Extra bed was ready upon arrival, as promised. Thank you Lynn. AC worked properly and was acceptably quiet. Breakfast was good, with no attitude of "get lost" when finish time passed. Staff at front desk and restaurant were noticeably more friendly than previous visits. New manager? I realise this is an airport hotel, also providing business facilities and ambiance(so scored 4/5 from us), but it is still a good option for leisure travellers like my wife and me. We have stayed here many times over the years, as it has suited our plans. This visit has definitely reinforced our chances of choosing this hotel in future compared to other Heathrow options. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Again A Great Nights Sleep We have stayed here before on our travels and for the three of us ( one teenager ) the room was just right , clean and very comfortable beds . For an airport hotel , we stay in a lot , we got the best nights sleep we have had in one. We also eat in the restaurant the food was good , scollops , prawns to start . Mains seabass and a real burger ..... not many of them around ! Wine was not to badly priced only thing was 16/2 the service was very pleasant but slow. Receptionist was very help she was Russia and as that is where we were going she gives a few tip . Would stay again of course . March 2, 2014

The room had been upgraded to an executive one and this was large and had a desk with all the ammenities. Very clean. The bed was realy comfortable and the pillows and bed linen quality very high. Great nights sleep. Reasonable evening meal in the bar served by attentive and polite staff. Beakfast very good with a wide range of choice and well presented. Quality food. Will definitely stay here when I next have to fly from Heathrow February 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great customer service First room we checked in to was absolutely disgusting. There was trays piled with used plates and several empty glasses sat outside the door. Once we had walked into the room it stank of cigarettes. As an asthmatic, i was completely appalled after going into a coughing frenzy & could not physically stay in the room. However, once we contacted reception to inform them of the situation they apologised and immediately offered us another room with complimentary breakfast. The 2nd room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was fantastic; as per usual. The level of customer service is outstanding at the Crowne Plaza and will definitely be back! Thank you!
