The staff were very welcoming and helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay. We had a wonderful nights sleep and would definitely return to this hotel in the future April 26, 2016

Rooms were excellent and the internal of the hotel in general in very good order. Only down side is the current exterior work taking place but once this is complete this will be make for a superb hotel in an ideal location. April 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great swimming pool Great hotel located in central London. Nearest tube station is a 15 minute walk but the hotel has a pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. it was great after a day of sightseeing coming back to a pool - the kids loved it. April 25, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by I wouldn't recommend this location I stayed here with my family recently and there were a number of things that we really didn't enjoy about this hotel. I think the refurb they are going through is good as it is tired in places, but the new room designs are bad. It was impossible to take a shower in our room without flooding the bathroom and having to use towels to mop it up. Just bad design with a small fixed screen and no drain in the floor. Oh and then there was one of those things that you often don't think about, but someone was using the toilet and the paper ran out. No problem - just reach for the extra one - which is possible if you have three metre long arms as the spare is on the wall on the far side of the bathroom. Again, just bad design. Then the internet access is awful. You have to get bits of paper which only allow 2 devices on at a time (which is not much for the average family these days). If the signal weakens slightly then the device is kicked off and you have to register it back on again. It certainly doesn't appear that they are upgrading the internet system. The location is okay, but still a solid 15 minutes walk from the nearest tube stop . The saving grace is the Indian restaurant that they have. We ate there one night and the food and the service was great. Not enough to make us want to go and stay there again. There are plenty of better HI locations in London. April 19, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great clean comfy rooms and breakfast amazing couldn't fault this. was in the middle of a refurb but other than the front couldn't tell. no noise etc all very modern and such good value for money would definitely recommend the breakfast had so much choice and was faultless and could go back as many times as you wanted April 13, 2016

Personnel accueillant , souriant et compétent. Très bon restaurant avec cuisine de qualité et copieuse . Piscine , hammam , jacuzzi très agréables mais payants ! C'est dommage 8 Séjour agréable . Nous reviendrons dans cet établissement lors d'un prochaine visite à Londres . April 11, 2016
