The staff is attentive and pleasant if a tad overworked and harried by the volume of visitors. The facility needs a bit of physical refreshment and is becoming a bit dated in appearance and amenities, compared to other hotels in the competitive set. But overall, an excellent value, especially for the non-business traveller. January 23, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Classed 4 stars: 2 stars are OK... for the remaining 2, look up in the sky! A part from the exceptional reception team, very nice and polite, the rest of the stay was a catastrophe: 1. the web-advertised gym was not available (basically it is available, BUT NOT on Week Ends) 2. the concierge was DRUNK... (unfortunately) it is not an euphemism... the guy was very much drunk, stinking of alcohol and providing nonsense information 3. room service brought breakfast in the room with 1hr. delay (the breakfast was then offered as complementary... but still I had a delay in my meeting on sunday morning!!) So... the overall experience was negative: I booked a 4 star hotel for the week end as I wanted to have a great service on week end, and I ended up looking at the sky to find the missing stars!
