Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by stay in HOLIDAY IN oxford Circus London Overall the hotel is clean in very good location in London. reasonable price for London stay. Breakfast is reasonable and good friendly staff. Air condition is very poorly serviced. Problem reported but we have not received any communications as promised November 18, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Central Location Very good hotel and great central location. Rooms were small, however, my experiences of central London locations is they tend to be. Staff friendly enough, and felt well looked after. On the negative side, there is no car parking (again standard for London central), however, you need to factor this in when booking if travelling by car. Congestion charge applies on week days. Q Park locally is £40 for 24 hours parking. None of this the hotel's fault, however, you need to be aware. Breakfast is £17 a head. Again, not extortionate for central London, however, it was "standard" at best. I booked this on a points break, and I cannot for the life of me work out why this isn't thrown in for top tier level reward members. Bar area small, however, friendly and quirky enough. Overall, a good hotel for the location, and one I will use again. November 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home away from home Great location. Friendly staff. typical Holiday Inn hospitality. The room could be bigger though but overall, it was comfy. Wireless internet is non existent inside our room but excellent at the lobby. During our stay, there was construction going on near the hotel so some noise were heard in our room in the morning November 17, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Unusually not as good as normal I always stay in IHG and usually have a perfect stay. jus t acouple of minor points on this stay. Usuallly as a gold member I get complimentary water and biscuits in the room , on this occassion I did not. Also the telephone did not work. Otherwise a faultless stay November 16, 2015
